Directions: Shake well. Apply 6-8 pumps to each impacted muscle group. Rub in briskly until absorbed. Repeat. Allow to air dry. Use as needed. How to Use: Step 1. Shake bottle well. Step 2. Apply 6-8 pumps to each impacted muscle group. Step 3. Rub in briskly until absorbed into skin. Step 4. Repeat steps 2 & 3, and allow to air dry. Defective sprayer
I would have liked to have used this product during last night's leg and foot cramps, but the darn sprayer wasn't working and I didn't want to waste any by tipping the bottle. Guess I'm going to have to return it. I would recommend the product if the sprayer had only worked.

Difficult for Elderly
I bought this for an elderly friend who says that it is effective but the spray " only dribbles" and very difficult to apply to her feet. Her suggestion is to make a cream available which could be applied to the tool she uses to apply lotion to her back etc. She is very disappointed that she cannot benefit from a good product.

Hard to direct spray
I've used spray for several months now, very difficult to direct spray towards inner thighs, where my cramps occur. Perhaps foam would be easier

Cramping Feet!
I wanted to buy this in time for our big hiking trip this summer but I kept forgetting. When we got home, I sent away for 1 each; spray & foam. By far, the foam is the best. Quickly absorbed in to my feet and I don't need socks (like lotions). The spray is awkward to use, and I've ended up spraying into my hand instead, then rubbing on. THIS STUFF WORKS. I have T2 Diabetes and have issues with foot cramps. Almost immediately I get relief. My son uses it when his work outs are too intense & likes that it works right away & doesn't smell mediciny or feminine.
