One of the biggest things I noticed right away was that it has absolutely no scent—so many pain relief products have a strong medicinal smell or minty scent, but this one is completely odorless. The roller itself glides on smoothly and evenly, with no tugging or dragging, which makes it really easy to apply exactly where I need it. Another huge plus is that it absorbs quickly and doesn't leave behind any sticky or greasy residue on my skin. (And being a roll on the product never has to touch anywhere I don't want it.. like my hands!!) I can use it and not have to worry about it staining my clothes or feeling uncomfortable afterward. The cooling sensation is very subtle but soothing, and the lidocaine works quickly to dull the pain in sore muscles and joints leaving a slight warming sensation. I also like how portable and convenient the roll-on format is, it's mess-free and perfect for keeping in a bag or desk drawer for whenever I need fast relief. Overall, it's effective, clean, and easy to use, which makes it one of my new favorite pain relief products. (And it doesn't hurt that my hubby loves it too!)

Once i got it this product itself was very easy to use and i liked there was no odor. I used it on my sore neck and calf muscles. It provided some relief and is nice to not have to take a pill. This product also dried very quickly

Flows smoothly and my husband could easily apply to my back for me but I just didn't love it compared to what I normally use that feels as though the pain relief last longer.

I was a little optimistic at first, but this not having the Icey Hot cooling was great. It reduced the soreness without any additional side effects.

I didn't feel any therapeutic effect at all — no warming, no cooling, no real sensation of relief. Honestly, it just felt like rolling on deodorant. On the positive side, the applicator itself is smooth and easy to use, and the cap stays secure, so it's convenient to carry around. But after using it several days on a sore neck, I never experienced even a moment of pain relief. For me, the classic options like Bengay (or even the generics) work much better, even if the relief is temporary. Sadly, this one just didn't deliver.

It's a fast-acting product. I have a bad hip & I hate having to rub in pain relief products with my hands because they usually leave product even after washing. This roll-on is a life saver.
