But this cream has helped me calm down my pain a lot. Has a strong scent that most pain relieving creams have. As soon as I put it on it has a cooling sensation that makes the area warm and provides relief. Overall I think this cream is very good and helps me calm down any muscle pain. Packaging is very simple to use.

I have minor knee pain - not enough to take pain meds but enough for it to be bothersome - and I've been trying to use this cream when my knee is acting up, but I don't know if it doesn't anything. The menthol smell is crazy strong and smells like I just took a bath in it, and it'll initially feel cool, but that's about all I end up feeling. I was surprised when I saw Advil had a pain relieving cream, but I just don't know if it works.

The pain relief starts working pretty quickly though and is easy to apply. Protective seal was a little irritating to remove but other than that packaging is easy to use.
