But this cream has helped me calm down my pain a lot. Has a strong scent that most pain relieving creams have. As soon as I put it on it has a cooling sensation that makes the area warm and provides relief. Overall I think this cream is very good and helps me calm down any muscle pain. Packaging is very simple to use.

I have minor knee pain - not enough to take pain meds but enough for it to be bothersome - and I've been trying to use this cream when my knee is acting up, but I don't know if it doesn't anything. The menthol smell is crazy strong and smells like I just took a bath in it, and it'll initially feel cool, but that's about all I end up feeling. I was surprised when I saw Advil had a pain relieving cream, but I just don't know if it works.

I have occasional sciatica lower back pain that can make it painful to walk. I was really hopeful that this stuff would work better than my usual go to which is arnica cream.... wow was I wrong... I put this stuff on around 10pm which initially was super strong and caused an uncomfortable burning sensation.. pain was still there. fast forward to 5am I woke up out of my sleep because my back started burning again literally out of nowhere it is now 1pm and I just had another burning episode on my back but the pain remains. not worth it for me going to return

When I applied it, it caused a burning sensation on my skin that was uncomfortable, and I didn’t notice much actual relief from the pain. I will say the only down fall is that is it’s extremely strong scent , it’s not bad smelling just very strong peppermint sent but it’s worth the price and works wonders !!!
