Here are instructions regarding children: Adults and children 1 year of age and older: Apply a thin layer of Arnicare cream to affected area and massage gently as soon as possible after minor injury up to 3 times a day. My son was acting silly on his bed during winter break and he bumped his eyeball lid bad w his with his own knee from rocking back and forth laying down and ice pack and heat treatment didn’t work for the first 3 days well I got this did this 3* a day morning afternoon and evening for 5 days now and it’s definitely working but I do recommend continue doing cold and warm compress after 5-7 minutes of applying a pea size amount goes a long way

This stuff is great! I had knee pain at work and a coworker whipped this stuff out. I was skeptical, but it did help relieve the pain. I like to use on neck and hip pain. Wish I could take a bath in it.

I love Arnicare Gel, Cream and Arthritis Cream - most days I use at least one of them. They help me with any aches and pains, help heal bruises quicker, and helps alleviate arthritis pain. Good for so many things! I do have one problem with the Arnicare Cream - the metal tube is awful, very hard to squeeze for someone with arthritis in their hands. Are you going to change it?? I like to alternate the gel and cream but don't think I can do that anymore.

I am never without arnica. A tiny capsule of homeopathic pills in my bag, cream in my medicine chest, and in my bodywork office. I was in a car accident and banged my arm up pretty bad. It was swollen and sore. My son told me about this product. It gave me so much relief from the pain! I couldn’t believe how well it worked. I definitely would recommend this product for muscle pain.

I really like this cream. My son fell at the playground when another kid on the swings knocked him down. He ended up with a big bruise on his shoulder. Luckily with this cream the bruising went away quickly. In about 5 days it was gone.
