Apply one Ultra Strength Bengay Pain Relieving Patch to the site of pain to deliver the relief you need. Large size is best for lower back, upper back, shoulder, and hips. 1. I use this after sometimes running when I get sore, it works really well and the scent is strong but not bad odor, it sticks pretty well and lasts on skin, I love the packaging and the size and amount it comes with

Bengay works great for my knee pain and back pain, the only thing is the smell, so I only use it at home , it’s fast acting and gives relief. My husband also uses it for his shoulder pain.

I get lower back pain, knee pain, and shoulder pain. I have a hand held back rubber and then I follow up with this. Takes out the pain really good. I also love the smell and it lasts for quite awhile!

Very good product at relieving my back pain and even when i have leg or arm pain sometimes It gets super hot at first and then the sensation of relief is so amazing Just make sure to apply it with gloves cause the smell is so strong and gets your hands very sticky

Bengay - a family friend. I would massage this onto my dad's back as he worked a factory job when i was a kid. The original cream was my go to. The patch became my go to and I will search and buy thus over any other patch.

This item does not stay on for even 1 minute. I had to cut the patch into 8 smaller patches and use extra large band-aids for them to stay on.
