Brittle shell is like broken glass in your mouth
These taste decent but the shell is very hard and brittle and turns into a bunch of sharp shards in your mouth. My tongue has been sore for several days now. Might be some kind of allergic reaction, too. The chalky Tums also taste much worse than they used to. Gonna have to go with a different brand.

GLP-1 Best Friend
I like how these taste like candy. Im taking a GLP1 and I often feel bad for hours after, with these I can easily sleep and enjoy my next meal without having to burp a hundred times before the bloating goes away. it makes sense though as digestion slows, but this takes that pain away very quickly.

Horrible Aftertaste
The Tums work quickly and taste good at first. However, they leave the worst aftertaste in your mouth. It is so disgusting. Even after I brush my teeth I can still taste it.

These are the best types of tums! I don’t usually like the classic tums because they are chalky and have a bad texture, but these ones aren’t like that at all.

Delicious and Relieving!
These things are great. I was having issues with heartburn not too long ago and I decided to try these because I’m not a fan of the chalky little tablets. I was pleasantly surprised with the Tums Chewy Bites, they looked, smelled, and tasted like a popular candy I used to enjoy as a kid. Not only did I enjoy the Tums, I also enjoyed the lack of heartburn after chewing on a couple of these! I got them at a pretty good price and the little container they come in is sturdy and small enough to toss in a bag for when you need relief on the go.

Good flavor - not chalky!
These are great if you don't like the chalkiness of regular Tums. Thinking about the texture of the regular ones makes me need Tums! I feel like I'm eating a piece or two of candy with these. They're chewy like a fruity mentos.

Tastes great. Ingredients horrifying.
Ok, I take full responsibility for not looking at the ingredients before purchasing and ingesting. However, while chewing these tasty antacids, I peeled the label on the back to reveal the ingredient list. These Tums Chewy Bites include five (!) artificial food dyes, TBHQ, two different parabens, titanium dioxide, corn syrup and carmine (a red dye derived from insects.) So unnecessary in 2025 to come out with junk like this.

Helped Survive my pregnancy!
These tums are a staple in our house! My husband suffers from terrible heartburn frequently and tums always helps him out tremendously. I don’t suffer as badly but I had a ROUGH 2 months of pregnancy where I had heartburn so bad all day that it felt like my throat was on fire. These got me through some of those really tough days and the texture of these made them so much more bearable compared to the chalky texture of the originals! They taste way better too! Definitely a medicine cabinet staple for our family!
