Slight medicine type flavor but no nasty aftertaste like the chalky ones. I have to remember to chew throughly. They stick slightly to one another in the bottle but not enough to bother me. I have an upset stomach and usually take Tums chewables, so this was my first time using gummies. They are a surprisingly tasty variation on the classic antacid. They have a soft, chewy texture with a fruity flavor that feels more like candy than medicine. In terms of effectiveness, they worked quickly to relieve my mild heartburn and acid indigestion. However, the gummies can be a little sticky and a little sweet, which may not be as appealing as regular chews

I would always avoid Tums because I didn't like the chalkiness and it was hard to chew them, but Tums in gummy form is where it's at! I'm so happy to have tried these.
