To use: Adults and children 12 years old and over: fully chew then swallow 2 to 4 chewable tablets as symptoms occur, or as directed by a doctor. Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours. If pregnant or breast-feeding, inform your doctor that you are using this product.

Fruity Chewy Relief
I picked these up because I have occasional heartburn. These come in delicious assorted fruit flavor chews. It's much better than the chalky stuff. They are easy to chew and have good taste. I like that they help me relieve my symptoms, and I can take them anywhere because I don't have to take them with water.

Good flavor and effective
These are pretty effective and alleviate heartburn symptoms within a couple of minutes. I much prefer this flavor/chewable type than the chalky taste of other antacids.

I honestly dont think it is worth the purchase. Yes, it has other flavors to it that at some time are good. Other times, there are some strange flavors. The texture is ok, but it is not as effective as the original. Although the design makes you believe yoyr getting something better, you're honestly not

These are life savers! I keep a bottle in my car, at my office, and by my bed for those sneaky heartburn moments. The chews actually taste good which is rare for stuff like this, and they work fast. When I feel the burn coming on, and after chewing, within minutes it’s calmed down. Thankfully there is no chalky aftertaste, or weird texture. If you deal with heartburn even occasionally, do yourself a favor and pick these up. With the price, you’ll definitely want to grab more than one bottle.

On the rare chance I have heartburn a few of these and a glass of water usually take care of it in five minutes. The flavors aren’t too strong and the chew is nice.

The assorted fruit flavors were awesome. They worked ok on heartburn but not great. Kind of hard to chew. Small package was very handy. A little to high on the price.

These work very well for me for when I have heartburn. They taste pretty yummy too. They come in a couple different flavors. The texture is good and easy to chew up without that chalky taste.

They definitely work, I have GERD and they are live savers for me but sometimes I feel they leave a weird taste in my mouth and make me feel a little nauseous some times they leave a almost metallic taste in my mouth but they’re very effective.

Better than tums!
I love the alka seltzer chews. They work great and fast, and the flavor is good. I enjoy these better than tums and find they work better. The price is fair!
