Alka-Seltzer Lemon Lime Heartburn Relief Effervescent tablets start neutralizing excess stomach acid in seconds. Drop 2 tablets in water and drink to neutralize 99% of stomach acid for fast acid indigestion relief. Alka-Seltzer Lemon Lime Heartburn Relief tablets are convenient and portable, so relief is always within reach. Each antacid tablet contains the active ingredients Anhydrous citric acid and Sodium bicarbonate. To use, fully dissolve tablets in 4 ounces of water before taking Adults and children 12 years and over can take 2 tablets every 4 hours as needed, or as directed by a doctor. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Q: Does this have aspirin in it? Alka Seltzer has two products that look almost the same, but one of them does not have aspirin. I can't have it with aspirin. Please check. Thanks so much.

A: Alka-Seltzer Heartburn Relief Lemon-Lime does not have Aspirin included in the ingredients. The active ingredients in this product are Anhydrous citric acid (Antacid) Sodium bicarbonate (heat-treated) (Antacid).

always keep these on hand for heartburn!
since not being able to find the gold box for heartburn like I normally used to buy, these were the next best choice. they actually worked way better than I ever expected. the fizzy kicks in faster and within a few minutes my heartburn was pretty much gone. the lemon lime flavor actually makes it easier to drink. it tastes more like a light soda than medicine. I like that it works fast without leaving any weird aftertaste or making me feel bloated.

This always works. As a kid I was afraid of this stuff. Something about the fizziness and the whole process scares me and I wouldn’t drink it. As an adult I learned to get over it and it learned it works. It’s helped me plenty Of times in my adult life.

I love Alka seltzer! These are super fast acting! Perfect for heartburn and indigestion, even on the go! I always keep some in my purse just in case! The taste is so much easier to handle than regular chalky tums or rolaids. And they work 10x quicker!

It taste awful. Please bring back the original Alkie. I am 74 year old and have been using Alka Seltzer for over 65 years. It has been the one product I have always been able to count on. You have made a grave mistake in only having that horrible tasting lemon-lime(yuck).Please listen to what an old customer is telling you? Alka Seltzer Original for heartburn is like family to us, It is as American as a Hotdog or apple Pie.

I have checked around and still I am not sure if this product has aspirin in it or not. Each source says something. And I don’t see it on the label here. Perhaps older versions of Lemon Lime had it? Anyway I used the extra strength before and I think the aspirin also helped me . But this one also is decent although it doesn’t seem to have aspirin which adds as analgesics in it.

It always works for heartburn for me, but the old formula had aspirin in it too and so I would work for pain relief at times too. I miss the old formula but still use this one for heartburn. Please bring back the old formula. Lemon lime is the best flavor
