Bring Back Old Formula Mylanta!
As many customers have said - the new formula is basically useless. Old Mylanta was excellent! I can tolerate the new flavor, but I am very disappointed that it no longer seems to do much for my heartburn, as opposed to near-instantly curing it. May as well buy cheaper medications that are similarly effective and easier to find.

I don't understand why mylanta is coming out with so many different flavors like were at 31 flavors ice cream shop. This is so SAD. The New formula is absolutely useless. The old formula was amazing. I can no longer Trust this brand. I hope the Company realizes that they ruined such a staple for family that need immediate relief from stomach pain. I now have to go to generic brand that has the old recipe that helps but not as good as the old mylanta.

This stuff really works
I bought this for a hangover because my stomach was in knots and i took other stuff with it so I wasn’t sure if it was the mylanta alone - fast forward a couple months and I had eaten way too much food and dairy and my stomach hurt so bad. I took two doses of this stuff and within ten minutes my stomach felt like 80% better. I will be buying more when I run out.

So much better tasting than when I was a kid many, many years ago. And it works so fast! I had horrendous gas pain the other night—the kind that makes you double over—and after just one dose, it relieved it completely, allowing me to fall asleep peacefully. I will now always keep this is in mu medicine cabinet for sure!

Fishy taste
Had a strong fishy order. We use mylanta frequently and have never had that fishy taste/smell. It tasted rancid. I googled and others have had random complaints with this product. Hoping they will accept a return.

the new better taste is disgusting. the original flavor is in fact NOT the flavor of the mylanta I grew up taking for my stomach aches. The vanilla caramel is equally disgusting. I hate anything that has sucralose or other sugar substitutes and those ingredients give me headaches. thanks for taking the product I have depended on since I was a child and ruining it.

It says Classic flavor but there is no minty taste—just overwhelming vanilla and thickly gelatinous. Maybe guar gum? PLEASE bring back the old one!

DISLIKE New Ingredients & Taste
This was my go to before the ingredients and taste was changed. Why the change? It was prefect for me before, caramel flavor. Now the texture and taste are intolerable. I'm now trying to find what's left of the previous version until I can find a new brand.

Another well established product lost to incompete
It's beyond me why the tried and true aluminum hydroxide ingredient would be exchanged for calcium carbonate of all things. This has resulted in a weaker product with a shorter acting period. This change has effectively turned the legacy Mylanta formula into a liquid version of Tums. Also, unlike aluminum hydroxide, calcium carbonate forms CO2 on contact with stomach acid which further aggrivates symptoms of gas. This does not make sense. The generic store brands are much better in comparison.

Has always been a great product-but they've change
I'm so sad that my favorite solution to occasional heartburn has been modified. I LIKED the taste of Mylanta! I waited years, faithfully, when it was off the market. I was thrilled when it returned. But now, the "better tasting" change is nauseating. How could you mess up a perfect product? Some goofy focus group? I have to use HEB's imitation which tastes close to your original product (but is not as effective.). PLEASE--GIVE US THE ORIGINAL AS AN OPTION! I feel like I should warn people....I can't recommend Mylanta until there's an option to avoid the "better taste."

I have gerd and have used mylanta for years. It saved my life seriously!! I’m so bummed they changed the formula.. I really gave it a chance and it just simply doesn’t work like the previous formula.

Awful new formula
New formula does taste better, but now doesn’t work like it used too. The active ingredients have changed. Also the consistency of it is so thick, it’s like slime. What a waste of money.
