shake well before use,
only use dose cup provided,
adults and children 12 years and over:
30 mL (1 dose) every 1/2 hour or 60 mL (2 doses) every hour as needed,
for diarrhea/travelers' diarrhea,
30 mL (1 dose) every 1/2 hour as needed for overindulgence (upset
stomach. heartburn, indigestion. nausea),
do not exceed 8 doses (240 mL) in 24 hours,
use until diarrhea stops but not more than 2 days,
children under 12 years: ask a doctor,
drink plenty of clear fluids to help prevent dehydration caused by diarrhea

Its DISGUSTING
This is my first time being Up&Up brand of this but apparently the formula has recently changed, per other reviews. The formula is DISGUSTING. It literally clumps up and won’t come out of the bottle. If you’re nauseous in the first place, seeing this will definitely make you throw up

The new formula separates and ends up being chunky and slimy and gross. There is absolutely nothing good about this. I'm convinced I got one that was spoiled, if that’s possible. It's definitely being returned as soon as I can get it back to the store.

I never review things online. But I came here to warn people NOT to buy this. Buy name brand, this is like a glass of water where they added a drop of Pepto. Tastes like water and does not help with stomach pain much at all.

Up&Up! Why the bad taste?
Two stars because at least it still works. As others have said, the taste was never good, but now it is awful. The amounts of ingredients under Other Information have also changed from prior up&up version: Potassium +17mg (not in name-brand), Sodium -1mg (still higher than name-brand), Salicylate +54mg (1mg off of name-brand). Number of Inactive Ingrediants increased, now with saccharine sodium, which might be what is causing that bitterness. Pics show label from prior up&up version.
