When the label changed to bright pink instead of white, I swear the product changed too. I know the liquid form definitely did! In any case, it doesn't work too well now, and I'll be switching to another store's house brand. It's not saving money to buy medicine from Target if the medicine doesn't work anymore.

This product works just as well as Pepto Bismol brand but it cost a lot less. I have stomach issues and I started using this product about 2 years ago. I have always used a name brand but the price is too expensive. I gave this item a try and I am so glad I did.

These used to work very well for me when I had an upset stomach or diarrhea. I would take these as directed in the bottle, and after about two doses, I’d start feeling better. I feel like the active ingredients have changed on these recently though. I could be wrong though. But these worked much better and much faster for me like a year and a half ago, and now they don’t seem to be as potent anymore. If I would have rated these two years ago, they would have a 5 star rating without question. But for some reason, lately I find these not really helping as much as they used to. Could just be me though. But they used to make my sour stomach or diarrhea, feel better after the first dose, within about an hour or two. Now, I’m taking two or three doses before noticing any relief.

As someone with a chronic upset stomach, these are little life savers. I have some in my car & purse just in case. Super fast acting and convenient. If you’re not good at swallowing pills, these may be difficult for you but otherwise, amazing.

Treats symptoms but horrible to swallow. If you don’t manage it on the first try you might as well spit it out and start over, because they crumble apart enough that you might choke. I’ll get the chewables next time

I love keeping these in my purse in case I need them on the go. They work well and are a great price.

These work so well but watch out as they do cause constipation 😭 You don’t have to take a lot.

These work better than any other medication I’ve tried for upset stomach. They are a bit chalky and hard to swallow, but I’m almost always feeling better within 30 mins of taking a dose!
