As someone with a chronic upset stomach, these are little life savers. I have some in my car & purse just in case. Super fast acting and convenient. If you’re not good at swallowing pills, these may be difficult for you but otherwise, amazing.

Treats symptoms but horrible to swallow. If you don’t manage it on the first try you might as well spit it out and start over, because they crumble apart enough that you might choke. I’ll get the chewables next time

I love keeping these in my purse in case I need them on the go. They work well and are a great price.

These work so well but watch out as they do cause constipation 😭 You don’t have to take a lot.

These work better than any other medication I’ve tried for upset stomach. They are a bit chalky and hard to swallow, but I’m almost always feeling better within 30 mins of taking a dose!

These capsules have the consistency of chalk and will get stuck on the back of your tongue or throat. I took one today with a large drink of water and it got lodged in my throat. Fortunately, I was able to cough it out but there needs to be a change made to capsule or a warning put on the label.

It's bismuth. It helps with lots of GI symptoms. The tablets are kinda dusty and leave pink dust in the bottle but stay intact even with travel.

They get the hob done and for a lot less than the name brand. In fact, they stick to my throat less too.

I rarely write reviews, but these caplets work incredibly well and I'm hoping this may help someone. I don't know how these ended up in my medicine drawer, but I'm so glad they did. They have saved me every single time! If you have IBS or Crohn's symptoms, this is your best friend. The 1st time I took them, I had bad acid reflux in the middle of the night. Worked immediately. The 2nd time, my stomach was in bubbles after eating. Worked immediately. The 3rd time, I was battling bloating, gassiness, and feelings of fullness and loss of appetite. Again, they worked immediately. These work better than anything I've ever tried, including the brand name counterparts. I now keep a couple in my bag as a just in case. Out of 5 stars, they get 10. Run, don't walk!

This works just as well as Pepto Bismal, but the tablets are not coated and get stuck in your throat.

Had a really bad upset stomach in stopped traffic with no bathroom in site and 30 mins left on my drive luckily I had one in my purse and quickly swallowed with a sip of water and my upset bubble guts were gone in seconds! These really do work and are life savers!!!! Definitely kept me from sh*tting myself numerous times.

These are not the chewable. Nope. Chewable(ok but that AC to Cheadle🤣) are the ones you want.
