Horrible, inaccessible packaging
Like many other said, this has got to be one of the worst inaccessible packaging ever invented. You can’t rip at the “perforated” edge and you need to use mini scissors or a knife in order to cut through.

It's works, but the packaging is terrible
Each pill is individually wrapped in a blister pack, and it's impossible to unpackage them without getting a knife involved.

Good Stopgap. Or...
This works for my mysterious GI situation way, way better than traditional Imodium. Like another Reviewer, I've been most grateful for it for "pausing" any movement until my body's ready to do something worthwhile... While the GI Doc works up a better, long-term solution this Loperamide Multi Symptom gives my body at least a semblance of balance. Doesn't do the trick 100% of the time, but I'd definitely say 90%.

Worst medicone packaging ever
1 star for 1 reason: this is the WORST medicine packaging I’ve ever seen. Not only are the pills individually packaged, adding more plastic waste to fill our landfills and oceans, but they are impossible to open. If you have to tell people they may need to use scissors to get into their medicine, you’ve already failed. Never buying this or any other Target branded medicine again.

Packaging impossible to open!
It is impossible to open the indiviually wrapped caplets without the use of scissors or other sharp object to pierce the foil. Yes, the product works, but it's worthless to carry in my purse or car if I'm unable to open it while out and about. Much preferred when pills were a fraction of the size, loose in a small bottle that easily fit in my purse or toiletry kit. Until the packaging is changed, I cannot recommend this product.

It's not openable without scissors or a knife
The actual med works but you can't open the packaging without scissors or a knife, which makes it literally useless if you're not at home and don't carry one of those with you. The gelcap form is easy to access, but costs exponentially more. Therefore, I absolutely cannot recommend until the packaging is changed

Frustrating packaging
The medicine itself works like name brand, but the packaging is terrible. So frustrating that I’d rather pay for name brand in the future. I’ve bought this twice, thinking n maybe the first was defective. The individual pill packs do not actually peel from the corner like indicated. I have crushed multiple pills trying to get them out and have to use a paring knife to remove them.
