Absolute worst packaging I've ever seen. Will never buy this product again! Wife cut her finger trying to open blister pack. I tried myself and I'm sure glad it wasn't an emergency! You people obviously never use or even try your own products! There are other alternatives!

When you're about to burst and just want to pop an Imodium A-D coz you know it's a fast acting relief but alas their packaging will let you suffer through cold sweats and abdominal pain first before you can release that little tablet. Please make it better. I don't want to soil my pants trying to get to your medication.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it works great, the packaging makes it extremely difficult to open. I’ve had other medications with similar packaging that does not requiring cutting with scissors to open it. I guess that’s safer when small children are around, but really inconvenient for seniors.( The scissors I have to leave out to open it would be dangerous to children as well).

The way these are packaged it is almost impossible for the elderly population to use. Utterly ridiculous to get it torn without scissors and it is still difficult. Why would you do that? Try something that is easier.

Man … this stuff is a LIFE SAVER . idk how I’m just now finding out about this . It SAVED my life . I was in the bathroom seeing Jesus almost all day long . The moment I would be done , I would be right back on . I was miserable and RAW . Sweating profusely (and I don’t ever sweat) , stripping down to my birthday suit, hunched over holding my stomach and trying to not let it come out both ends. Then FINALLY someone tells me about this stuff and it saved my life. The end.

The product works, obviously. My frustration is with the blister packs. Getting at the tablets requires eyeglasses, scissors, and much patience to finally cut through the plastic and release the pill. Why on earth is this necessary?

I am on chemo and this is the only thing I'm allowed to take. I cant open the packaging for the tablets. Can't you guys make it a little easier especially since most cancer patients are only allowed to use this?

The blister packs are almost impossible to open. And they are totally non-environmentally friendly. This product was previously available in plastic bottles and could be packaged that way again in recyclable bottles .

Recommend to a friend? Only if I hated them. And please don't reply with the canned BS about contacting you - you've been telling people to do that for 3 years and nothing has been resolved. The plastic protector on each pill is very difficult to open. I can’t pop the pill out. I need a scissors to cut through it in order to get the pill. This is not convenient unless I happen to be home at the time. I understand the need for safety BUT you need to understand the urgency when needed. I do not carry scissors with me when out and can’t carry them on a plane!
