Get relief from minor pain and skin itching caused by most outdoor itches with Benadryl Extra Strength Itch Stopping Anti-Itch Cream. Made with 2% diphenhydramine hydrochloride, a topical analgesic pain reliever, and 0.1% zinc acetate skin protectant, this histamine blocker topical cream temporarily relieves itching associated with insect bites, minor burns, sunburn, minor skin irritations, minor cuts, scrapes and rashes due to poison ivy, poison oak and poison sumac. The soothing, extra strength topical itch cream dries the oozing and weeping of poison ivy, poison oak, and poison sumac. Extra Strength Benadryl Itch Stopping Topical Ointment is intended for ages two and up and is great to keep in your travel first aid kit or on hand during outdoor activities such as camping, hiking or taking a walk with the family. Adults and children two years and older, apply the extra strength itch stopping topical analgesic cream to affected area no more than three to four times daily.

A: This product relieves minor pain and itching associated with insect bites, scrapes, minor skin irritations, burns, and cuts as well as relief of pain and itching associated with sunburns. It also dries the oozing and weeping of poison ivy, poison oak and poison sumac. You may need to consult a doctor to see if this may be used for wasp stings.

Great cream for bites and rashes. We live in the south and there is a lot of poison oak and ivy in the area around here. I keep one at home and one in my bag for the kids on the go. It lasts forever and is affordable and effective.

Poison Ivy- works well for the itch!
I get poison ivy at least 2x every summer. When I walk my property, I look at the plants and say nah, that’s not poison ivy. It always is or one of it’s evil cousins. This stuff does a great job slowing down the itch and I like the fact that it’s clear so you can’t see it all over my face.

I absolutely think this is the most useful thing you can have in your camping/outdoor first aide kid. We have fire ants and mosquitoes where we are and they are FEIRCE. This works quickly and effectively. There’s no smell, rubs in & absorbs easily. Comes out of the box easily.

Doesnt work for ant bites
I had beater relief from a foot soak in oatmeal and benedryl oral ( 20 min time I was in agony ) made an old fashioned paste w water and baking soda and put socks on ( cotton)

Works fast
I got bit bad by some bug or mosquitos. It was itching so bad on my arm. I applied this and within 20’min it’s the bites /redness was gone
