A: I find that Vanicream works wonders for dry patches and skin irritations, definitely safe for infants! Apply often (every few hours to get the issue to clear up quick) https://www.target.com/p/vanicream-moisturizing-skin-cream-16-oz/-/A-13967260 If he seems to be itchy you can mix a little of this hydrocortisone with the Vanicream too, but check with your ped first. Also, if the patches start looking better than at night once skin is very dry Aquaphor helps keeps mouisture in the skin, just a tiny is needed too.

Sumac relief
My husband was MISERABLE after being exposed to some poison sumac while doing yard work recently. We went out & bought several products to try to bring him relief. This Aveeno product was by far his favorite and he ended up using it up. The ingredients were soothing & helped with the itching. We hope he NEVER suffers from Sumac again but if he does we’re heading straight for the Aveeno!

Worked overnight!

A good cream
I’m someone that has scin problems. My skin sometimes becomes red and itches a lot. This cream is the only one that can solve all my problems. It doesn’t have a bad scent which is good and it’s easy to apply.

Mild Relief
My baby gets occasional eczema rashes. After a week of 2x daily usage, I wouldn’t recommend for eczema . Any relief is very mild and rashes remain so you have to keep using. Best to spot treat with a 2.5% hydrocortisone with an ointment for a more faster and less often treatment.

Soothing relief lotion
I have never tried hydrocortisone cream before but have had persistent ring rash and decided to purchase Aveenos brand as I love their other products. It cleared it up within days. This cream is thick and hydrating and soothing. It’s also very affordable and will last me forever. I’m so glad I purchased this product.

EUREKA!
I have had a flare up on my hands that nothing, NOTHING, can ease. My home is a testimony to product trying/over buying. Then on holiday in Nashville for the week, I tried this…. Day 2 and my palm has healed over. My eczema cracked heels have relief for the first time in months. I shall be stocking up for the suitcase to take back to England as this beats my prescribed lotions ‘n’ potions by a mile. Thank you.

Hives really bite! This helped.
Quick relief and not oily! Had a reaction to something and got hives so I thought I’d try this. I was miserable and the Benadryl wasn’t doing much for me. I was using aloe vera and sanitizer to deal with the itching because it was maddening and the only thing I had at home prior to purchasing this, This was more helpful and better on my skin. The areas that I was already scratching probably took longer to gain relief after using this ointment. Areas that started to be itchy that I hadn’t yet scratched stopped being itchy within seconds after on the ointment. There’s a slight cooling effect to the ointment as well. I had to reapply on certain areas because the itch came back within 15 minutes. Too bad the bottle is so small. My hives are popping up everywhere so I’m almost out and it’s only been a day since I purchased it.

Works great for rashes due to medication
I bought this specific product because there was a coupon for it. I was looking for hydrocortisone because i had a rash breakout on my neck because of my allergy medicine (flonase & claritin is to much together I guess) after one application the rash was almost completely gone. I still had a bit of redness so I reapplied. It’s gone now after a day. I hope this will work in the future with my eczema too. Good product I recommend for rashes and itching.

Best anti itch cream
This cream is gold for the itch after bee sting or bug bite. I got stung for first time in 5 years and nothing took the itch and irritation away but this. Pleasant smell, non greasy.

Best stuff !
I recently broke out in a horrible rash all over my neck and face from a medication I was on, and this stuff did wonders in taking the redness down ! It was gentle enough on my neck and face but it got the job done and took that rash away in a day and a half !
