My son had hand foot mouth but luckily did not get it on his upper body just feet and legs. I put this on him and the next morning they started going away!

Not great for bug bites. I love nearly all aquaphor products so I figured I would love this for bug bites. Nope, itch relief doesn’t last very long compared to the Target brand hydrocortisone.

“Aquaphor itch relief ointment” works! My child has eczema & her face has been flaky lately. All of her prescribed ointments/creams don’t work for her anymore. So I got this ointment & I put a little bit on her face with a qtip (so it wouldn’t get in her eyes) & the next morning her skin was perfect! I don’t write reviews but I just felt like I had to share.

I got about 20 mosquito bites on a fishing trip and felt like I was on fire. I applied this to each bite, and it provided noticeable relief for several hours. It absorbs into skin well and has no odor. Will purchase again!

I had a really bad reaction on my fingers and over the course of a week+ it kept getting worse but after just a few days of using this - it went completely away. No smell and it absorbs pretty fairly.

This has the texture of aquafor which I really like compared to typical hydrocortisone creams that never seem to want to soak in and leave a white film. I’ve been using this on bug bites in my kids and it’s so much easier to put on and absorb! Love it!

I’m a big fan of Aquaphor and use it with my kiddos, so I was excited to try this itch-specific ointment. It definitely helps with itching, I tried it on both bug bites and mild eczema / dry skin. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I’m not a fan of the texture - while it’s nice and thick, and I’m glad it’s clear rather than pink like a calamine lotion, it does feel a bit greasy. However, it’s overall a good option for the diaper bag or first aid kit! (The author of this review received a free sample of this product.)

I’d give it a 10 if I could. While receiving radiation treatment for breast cancer, I got a severe case of radiation burn. Besides the prescription the Dr gave me, I used this ointment. It helped to heal the whole area and helped with the severe itch. I didn’t even know Aquaphor made this I just happened to spot it and it’s been a lifesaver for me.

This really helped my itchy spots on my hands. Just a little bit rubbed in seems to relieve the problem, especially if used very soon after the itch starts.
Don’t think twice, just buy it!

I have plenty of hydrocortisone but nothing compares to this! Works amazing on my kids eczema, bug bites, and hfm bumps. I will forever keep this stocked at my house.

This provides immediate relief and I absolutely will not use anything else. Even my allergist was approving of me using this product. I get horrible eczema on my eyelids and I can use this in a VERY limited amount on my lids but take special care to avoid getting in my eye but this has provided an immediate solution to a long term problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was excited to receive this product right before traveling to a jungle location with lots of bugs! While it did help relieve some itching after getting bitten, it didn’t completely get rid of the itch. Have only used on bug bites so I can’t speak to it’s effectiveness on skin conditions that cause itching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would recommend this product. I used it on my mosquito bites and it took the itch away as well as seemed to heal them more quickly than hydrocortisone. The only thing I didn't love was that it was greasier/didn't absorb as well as hydrocortisone, but to me it's worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this from Influenster and I had high hopes for this since it’s mosquito season. But it wasn’t as effective as I’d like for itch relief. It helped a bit but not much. (I’ve only used it a couple times on bug bites, can’t comment on the effectiveness for skin conditions that causes itchiness)
