Icy hot comes in many forms including the patch in which you peel off one side of it and stick it to wherever you are having pain. It feels just like it says~ icy cool & hot at the same time! They are a good size and fairly priced but if you sweat they seem to want to peel off your body so in the Summer it might be a no go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love these, but they’re kind of like that flaky ex who gives you just enough to keep you hoping, then bails when things get real. 👃 Smell: STRONG. Like, “I’ve entered a medicated cloud” strong. Not a dealbreaker, but if you’re scent-sensitive, brace yourself. 🔥🧊 Relief: Genuinely helped a bit! I felt some soothing heat and cold action working on my lower back—definitely noticeable. 🙃 Longevity: ...aaaand then it peaced out. As in, peeled off my back the moment I moved like a human being. Not even aggressively—just existing was too much for it. 🩹 Stickiness Score: 2/10. These things need either stronger adhesive or a warning to “remain motionless like a statue.” Would I use them again? Maybe. But I'd tape them down like a crime scene to keep 'em from flying off. 😅

The smaller size fits perfectly, and the cooling-to-warming effect kicks in fast. They stay in place all day and really help loosen tight muscles without the mess of creams. I always keep a box on hand-highly recommend!

You can pretty much put them anywhere but I mostly use them for my back because I have alot of back pain. These definitely help to alleviate minor back pains and muscle strains. They last for hours and you can wear them under your clothing.

Icy Hot has always been a go-to product in my household. I love the convenience of this product and the ability to target areas of pain, whether big or small. I also appreciate the mess free application. The only downfall is the packaging as it is not very sturdy and almost too big for the items in the box. All of the large patches are in one resealable pouch, while all of the medium patches are also in a resealable container. This allows for less waste since each patch isn't wrapped individually.

All at different times for specific pain, and besides the initial coldness of applying, nothing happened. I feel I can remember when I used this product growing up. I felt distinct coldness and distinct hotness. Now, I have nothing. The only thing I liked was breaking open the packaging. This isn't a product I'd go and grab as backup. I'd just get a heating pad or an iced pouch.

They don’t stick at all not even a minute with it on it started coming off . There’s better options unfortunately next time I’ll stick to salonpas or the ice hot roller

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know I just posted a review about the roll-on icy hot but I also was lucky to receive a box of the multi-sized patches! The application was easy with the removable liner assisting in keeping the item from sticking to itself. I used one of the large ones on the lower portion of my back and it did stay in place the entire time I had it on. I do personally prefer the icy hot roll on but was glad to test these out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually tried to use this product because of a need to handle some muscle pain I was dealing with. I tried wearing these patches and they kept peeling off as if they were not sticky enough I literally had to tape them on yet I still felt no real relief. So I unfortunately would not purchase these in stores if I saw them.
