[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a back injury, these come in handy! I have always heard of them but never actually used them! They have a very strong menthol smell as soon as you open the package! This does linger on your hand too. The feeling once on is interesting! It is like a wet warmth but cooling sensation. I cannot say it totally worked but it also did not hurt!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure my thoughts on these patches. Application was easy, no mess. Nothing sticky left behind. I used the patch when my back was hurting. It didn’t take away from my pain at all, but the menthol/ cooling sensation was distracting and it did distract me from my pain. I’m not sure that I would buy these again for pain relief, but sometimes a little distraction is helpful when you’re in pain. Depending on the source of your pain, this may have more of an impact. I wouldn’t purchase these patches again probably but if I had them around and I was in pain, I would definitely give it a go.

Icy hot comes in many forms including the patch in which you peel off one side of it and stick it to wherever you are having pain. It feels just like it says~ icy cool & hot at the same time! They are a good size and fairly priced but if you sweat they seem to want to peel off your body so in the Summer it might be a no go.

Like, “I’ve entered a medicated cloud” strong. Not a dealbreaker, but if you’re scent-sensitive, brace yourself. 🔥🧊 Relief: Genuinely helped a bit! I felt some soothing heat and cold action working on my lower back—definitely noticeable. 🙃 Longevity: ...aaaand then it peaced out. As in, peeled off my back the moment I moved like a human being. Not even aggressively—just existing was too much for it. 🩹 Stickiness Score: 2/10. These things need either stronger adhesive or a warning to “remain motionless like a statue.” Would I use them again? Maybe. But I'd tape them down like a crime scene to keep 'em from flying off. 😅

The smaller size fits perfectly, and the cooling-to-warming effect kicks in fast. They stay in place all day and really help loosen tight muscles without the mess of creams. You can pretty much put them anywhere but I mostly use them for my back because I have alot of back pain. These definitely help to alleviate minor back pains and muscle strains. They last for hours and you can wear them under your clothing.

Icy Hot has always been a go-to product in my household. I love the convenience of this product and the ability to target areas of pain, whether big or small. I also appreciate the mess free application. The only downfall is the packaging as it is not very sturdy and almost too big for the items in the box. All of the large patches are in one resealable pouch, while all of the medium patches are also in a resealable container. This allows for less waste since each patch isn't wrapped individually.

All at different times for specific pain, and besides the initial coldness of applying, nothing happened. I feel I can remember when I used this product growing up. I felt distinct coldness and distinct hotness. Now, I have nothing. The only thing I liked was breaking open the packaging. This isn't a product I'd go and grab as backup. I'd just get a heating pad or an iced pouch.

They don’t stick at all not even a minute with it on it started coming off . There’s better options unfortunately next time I’ll stick to salonpas or the ice hot roller
