The elastic bands on the top & bottom of this sleeve are snug, but the actual fabric around the knee isn’t snug or supportive. It’s thin and breathable. But I’m looking for support, which I don’t freak like this brace gives me.

It’s very thin and rolled down my knee.

We recommend sizing down to the S/M if the L/XL is rolling down your knee.
Made a difference the same day I wore it

Wore this for the whole afternoon as I went hiking and no knee pain while I was exercising. I got the L/XL and it fit well because my thighs are larger. I was expecting a thicker material but it actually works well for how thin it is.
No size guide, not sure if satisfied yet

Smaller than I expected. I’m not a ‘large’ girl, and the small/medium I very tight around the thigh. If I got the L/XL, I think the knee and calf would be too loose. Also, there’s not size/measurements listed in the Specs section. Please add! There’s not sizing chart or anything to guide the purchase. Not sure if I should return and get the larger size as a crapshoot.

We apologize for the sizing issues and recommend sizing up to a L/XL.

I love using the copper products for my knees. I use the knee when im working or doing anything that puts a lot of strain on my knees. It has just the right compression and doesnt fall or roll down when im moving around. Im glad this actually works.
Help from the minute you put it on

I felt the help from the first time it was put on. The older I get the more I need help with my knees when I work I the yard. I am so grateful for the aid that was provided. The fit was spot on and it stayed where it was suppose too.
Stretchy with some compression

Decent knee sleeve. Stretchy, but with silicone strip at the top. The copper is interesting, but I’m not sure it did much. I found the S/M a little too tight for me, 5’5” female, size 10/12. Mostly the silicone strip and the stitching at the bottom of the sleeve tended to dig in a bit and bother me that I couldn’t keep it on for long. The knee compression was nice though to keep my knee that likes to track incorrectly to stay in the right position without a stiff brace on. Overall, good product, but I preferred the larger size.
Okay Knee Sleeve

Overall not impressed with the quality or compression. The sleeve is hard to get one, limited in compression and easily rips. If you are looking for something that easily fits under cloths and does minimal compressing, this would be great. If you need more support and compression, look for another option.
I didn’t think it would work, maybe it did maybe it didn’t but it helped.

Yes, I am a little overweight and to be honest I just thought the knee pain was part of aging so I would ignore it and not go as far when walking or working out. I figured why not try it. It’s not a miracle cure and maybe it’s because I’m loosing weight but it helped me go further with each walk and bike ride. It’s a start.
Light Support Knee Brace

The knee support was comfortable...per my husband. The large size fit him perfectly; he is 5'10 and 210 pounds. He used it and said, although comfortable, did not provide a ton of support for his knee. This product would be good for someone looking for light support.
Compression knee sleeve

I have the Tommie Copper compression knee sleeve in both the size small/medium and large/xlarge. It fits true to size so the S/M works for me. The sleeve is made of a stretchy fabric but still provides support and compression. The sleeve is not bulky, so I think you could probably wear it under pants if your knee needs some extra support as mine sometimes does.
Subtle support

The Tommy Copper knee support gives mild support. The silicone band to keep.it in olace, I found, to be uncomfortable after wearing for awhile. I'm not allergic, but I think the moisture made it itchy . Excellent quality and fabric feels good. Copper infusion made me feel cool and mot hot wearing this.

The fabric and feel these are so lightweight and so soft. It's not itchy or uncomfortable. And the compression is just perfect and added to the support. I needed without feeling too compressed or too much of a burden. It's fit seamlessly under the clothes and it doesn't fall down throughout the day and could easily wear for hours on end and be totally comfortable. And it did help make my knee feel better after a long work day.

I have a lot of knee pain and swelling if I don’t use compression sleeves. I notice there is a much faster recovery period after wearing them so I notice quite a bit of a difference. These really support my muscles and knee. I love the copper-infused technology. I do notice an anti-odor benefit from it so I do think it’s doing its job. These are so lightweight and easy to put on. Cleaning them is exceptionally easy. I run them through the hand wash cycle and hang them up to dry. The only thing that I wish for is another size. I feel like I’m in between sizes. S/M is a tad tight and L/XL is a tad big. Overall these suit my needs and I would consider buying again.
