Perfect for squatting knees
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These has been a game changer in my exercising routine, the fit is perfect and it’s not tight, it doesn’t squeeze into my skin in others. It’s comfortable for long hours and durable enough that it’s last for a few hours until I forgot to take it off. It’s true to size and definitely worth it for knees that are in constant pain. You can use it with hot or cold.

I like the feel of the silk like material, but I had to constantly have to pull the sleeve up. The sizing runs small, I have a medium and thought it was going to be too big, but it fit perfect.

It's easy to cool or heat the gel. I tried it cool. The sizing is ok. Idk I just thought it would be a little bit more wider but it has decent stretch.

Cons : the sizing is off making it feel very compressive and not flexible, mine also had some gel leaking at the seam upon arrival. I think if more stretch would be better. Be sure to watch the sizing, if in doubt size up or very hard to get on

I put it in the freezer and then used it after I did my morning walk and it really helped with the discomfort. It’s very durable and well made. I did not have any issues getting it over my knee either so the sizing was perfect. Not too tight or too loose. I can’t stress enough how comfortable it is. I love it! I kept it on for about 30 minutes and felt relief for the rest of the day. I love that you can switch between hot and cold without compromising the material.

Essential for joint pain relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really bad arthritis especially in my knees so much so that I have to get steroid injections every 3 months and am nearing the point of needing joint replacement. I love this gel sleeve, it fit on comfortably not too tight but just the right amount of compression. I put it on straight out of the box and it felt cool and soothing but after having it in the freezer it was amazing!! It really made the pain, swelling and inflammation subside for quite a while which if you have any type of joint pain issues you can relate to the feeling of relief when you find something that truly works. This sleeve seems to be made very well with nice durable material that allows you to put it on easily. I have been using this daily for the past 2 weeks and I highly recommend it to anyone with pain. I think it could be used on many different areas of the body aside from just the knees but that’s been my source of pain in this moment. It’s been a game changer for me.

Helped heal a strain
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Homedics Hot and Cold Relief Gel Knee Sleeve from influenster in a voxbox. For free in return for my honest review. My teen daughter got hurt her knee while playing volleyball. And she would wear the knee sleeve before going to sleep and she said it felt cold like if she was applying ice bag on her knee. She felt better after using it several times. Also you can heat it up in the microwave if you want to use it hot.

Who doesn’t like reusable things for pain
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Size medium fits okay, I just get a small as I have smaller legs but my son tried this, he has a bad knee from sports. The outer material of the sleeve is like satin, so soft and smooth, you can tell it’s a great quality. It is so convenient because the hot/cold gel layer is throughout the entire sleeve so you can either put it in a freezer for cold therapy or pop it in a microwave for heat therapy . It is well made, easy to put on and off. Definitely worth your money.

Good but small

Great pain relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the past several years, I find that my left knee will randomly get very sniff & sore, for no obvious reason. Unfortunately, the older I am getting the more frequently this is happening to me. Whenever this knee pain or the occasional elbow pain from overuse happens, I’ve wrapped with ice pack in a bandage. Without fail the ice would melt and make the whole process so frustrating especially when you’re in pain. The Homedics Hot and Cold Relief Gel Knee Sleeve is absolutely amazing. The outer material of the sleeve is like satin, so soft and smooth, you can tell it’s a great quality. It is so convenient because the hot/cold gel layer is throughout the entire sleeve so you can either put it in a freezer for cold therapy or pop it in a microwave for heat therapy . It is well made, easy to put on and off, easy to move when wearing. The length covers the entire knee area. I am thinking this would also work well on the elbow area. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs a good stable way to provide stay put heat or cold therapy to the knee area.
