Stop use and ask a doctor if : you experience pain, swelling or blistering of the skin,condition worsens, or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days,arthritic pain persists for more than 10 days, or redness is present.

Directions

Wash hands after use with cool water.

Adults and children 12 years of age and older:

Clean and dry affected area, pop apart and partially peel back protective film and apply exposed patch to site of pain. Carefully remove remaining film while pressing the patch to skin and leave in place for up to 8 hours. Use on affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.

Children under 12 years of age:

Consult a physician.

Very helpful releiving my intense pain

I use these on my bad pain days. I have lumbar spine and cervical spine issues. These biofreeze patches are a huge help diffusing the pain. They have a tendency to roll up during application and stick to themselves. It’s a minor issue. Having another person applying them would be a huge benefit. I will continue to purchase this product and also recommend them to others without hesitation.

Great for sore and pulled muscles

I’m a dental assistant. The leaning, twisting and bending over all day takes a toll on my body. I recently pulled a muscle really bad in my lower back requiring me to go to physical therapy. These Biofreeze patches were a life saver, they provide long lasting relief whether I’m at work or going to bed. They are easy to put on, take off and the residue it leaves comes off with water. Chemical burn beware

Not as good as other forms of biofreeze and gave me a chemical burn. I’ve used other forms with no issue but I used this once and left me with a huge red burn on my back. Made everything worse. Stick to the spray or the roll on.
