Effective pain reliever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Biofreeze spray in the past and think it is easier to use. This has a faint menthol smell to it but nothing horrendous. It glides on smoothly and helps lessen my pain. I did find it was rather small and awkward to hold when trying to use it on my back. Overall I would use again.

Disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try this because I have chronic shoulder pain, but found it to be disappointing. It’s just a stick of 15% menthol. There’s no methyl salicylate or camphor or anything else to help with pain relief. It didn’t help relieve my pain at all — it just made me smell like menthol.

I like that it does not have an overpowering smell like most similar products. At first I felt like it was not working at all, but I did have to wait about 10 minutes to feel the full effects. I do wish it was more powerful and lasted longer.
