A: Other than the obvious... You don't have to rub in the spray to activate it. I can use the spray on my neck and back without any assistance.

I have a lot of physical ailments after 12 yrs in the Marines. I’ve tried the creams (with little to no relief) but this; for me, actually gives relief. I bought it specifically to try on my feet, hip and back (due to broken body parts and nerve damage) and for my neck, shoulders and base of my skull (due to a head and neck injury). It takes the edge off! I spray and have to wait 5-10 min to dry and the menthol is a potent smell but it doesn’t bother me. This helps get me through my day and takes the edge off so I can get some sleep. It’s not a cure all, but every little bit helps.

Frequent buyer of this product. My chiropractor recommended this years ago and although I’ve tried every icy hot product, it does not work as well as this. Would highly recommend for any pain! I use for my lower back/sciatica pain when it gets unbearable. I use this on the top of my feet as I have a lot of pain in my feet and ankle and I also apply it to my neck. I instantly start feeling relief and it has a cooling effect. I’ve been using it for bursitis in my shoulder. Overall it seems to be helping some. I knocked off a star because it is difficult to spray especially when having to spray top and back of shoulder by myself. Otherwise I like it and I’m glad I bought it.

Works well. I love the cooling effect. What I don’t like is how difficult it is for us older folks to press and hold the top value to get the sprayer to work. I have lost quite a bit of strength in my hands and had to get help spraying it. Not purchasing again because I don’t always have help close by.
