I liked that it comes in a tube form and I don't have to touch the product to apply. The massaging balls on the applicator are cool to the touch. The ointment absorbed easily and did not feel sticky. It had a pleasant lavender fragrance too. The experience felt better than using the other pain-relieving ointments and it was quite effective in alleviating the pain too.

It has a slight cooling effect and overall it made my shoulder feel much better and helped me to relax. I think this cream makes a great option when you need relief but do not want to reach for a pill bottle.
