Description
ThermaCare Menstrual provides soothing heat that relaxes muscular contractions to relieve menstrual cramps, for up to 8 hours. The ultra-thin design conforms to your lower abdomen for discreet comfort wherever you go. ThermaCare Menstrual is thin enough to wear discreetly under clothing. It can be worn on the move, during chores or when relaxing.
Directions:
Tear open pouch when ready to use.
Peel away paper to reveal adhesive side.
Place on pain area with adhesive side against underwear and not against the skin. Attach firmly.
It may take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature.
Wear up to 8 hours. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.
Place wrap flat against your underwear. Do not fold or bunch as your risk of burn is increased.

Waste of money
I bought these because they had the best reviews out of all of them and I had started my period and could not call off from work. My cramps are usually 5/5 excruciating pain in bed all day for two days and bought these thinking they would HELP! My goodness the heating pad would NOT stay stuck! Even after having spanx and trousers on! Plus it doesn't even get WARM ENOUGH AT ALL!!! WASTE OF MONEY. DON'T BUY!

Honestly love these heating pads. I use them especially when I’m on my period and they last eight hours which is amazing. I know it sounds crazy, but I’ve honestly timed it and they fully work for eight hours the minute you take the sticker off they are working they stick well and they’re perfect for cramps!

Not worth it
They iight and they don’t stay in place. What’s the point of the sticky part if it just rolls up and peel off when you move I don’t like won’t use again.

Works great but left a painful burn
Worked really well and stayed hot for over 8hrs. Burned skin off in a tiny area that is very painful, maybe from laying on my stomach with it for a short period of time, but idk. Otherwise good product for day 1-2 of cycle cramps.

Don't heat up!
Thermacare has usually worked for me in the past but these are a dud. I follow the directions and waited the allotted 30 minutes, it only became somewhat warm, like the same temp as my skin. I decided to give it an hour, nothing. Two hours, nothing. I finally just took it off and threw it out. A total bummer as the size is great, they're soft and the sticker is not hospital strength.

Just try to see
The warmth was at perfect temp for me. It was hot but not crazy hot. I only use the 1st one for 5 hours i know it says 8 but i didn’t want to fall deep in sleep with it on. It does say hiring can occur but for my 1st time no burn marks.

New menstrual heat patches do not work
I’ve been buying this item for years. They were really hard to find for the last year or so; something is wrong with the new ones that became available a few months ago. They don’t heat up. I’ve tried to use multiple heat patches from this box of four and they just….don’t heat up. They’re useless. The other shapes/sizes still work fine.

Garbage
These are trash. They heat up but fold over and are useless. The neck ones (like another commenter said) are perfect for cramps instead. It stays in place. I will say they don’t seem to heat up and stay as warm as they used to though.

Not the same quality doesnt stay warm
I’ve been using this product for over a decade but something has changed. The past 2 boxes I bought don’t heat up very warm or last more than 1 hour long. I remember it being so warm hot it would alleviate all aches and pains and was perfect for menstrual cramps and would stay warm until next morning. Please look into this.

DONT BUY, GET THE NECK PATCHES
THEY SUCK! I used to get the neck patches before this came out and they do a much better job! These menstrual ones have less of the heat spots so it’s not effective at all. You’re better off using the neck ones and sticking them in the same area.
