Description

ThermaCare Menstrual provides soothing heat that relaxes muscular contractions to relieve menstrual cramps, for up to 8 hours. The ultra-thin design conforms to your lower abdomen for discreet comfort wherever you go. ThermaCare Menstrual is thin enough to wear discreetly under clothing. It can be worn on the move, during chores or when relaxing.

Directions:
Tear open pouch when ready to use.
Peel away paper to reveal adhesive side.
Place on pain area with adhesive side against underwear and not against the skin. Attach firmly.
It may take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature.
Wear up to 8 hours. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.
Place wrap flat against your underwear. Do not fold or bunch as your risk of burn is increased.
Suggested Age: 12 Years and Up

The Only Portable Heat Relief

This is the only portable heat relief I’ve found. I am in the process of getting diagnosed with endometriosis, and my periods are so bad I faint. I can’t always use a plug-in heating pad wherever I am, so this is a lifesaver. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive.

Pain Reliever!

I personally think these worked for me. 1. I stuck mine to the bottom of my long undershirt and tuck them into my dress pants or skirt. They don’t really fit on bikini cut underwear. 2. They do heat up and worked great for me! I do get ‘bad’ cramps but everyone has their own opinion on what bad means. These will not save you from severe cramps that may need medical treatment. You have to take these reviews with a grain of salt. If they ‘bunched up or rolled up’ it’s because you need to insert them somewhere to stay lol day and not move around. Following directions is key:) this is a product not a miracle worker.

Yes they absolutely heat up! & they get so hot! Waste of money

I bought these because they had the best reviews out of all of them and I had started my period and could not call off from work. My cramps are usually 5/5 excruciating pain in bed all day for two days and bought these thinking they would HELP! My goodness the heating pad would NOT stay stuck! Even after having spanx and trousers on! Plus it doesn't even get WARM ENOUGH AT ALL!!! WASTE OF MONEY. DON'T BUY!

A must HAVE

Honestly love these heating pads. I use them especially when I’m on my period and they last eight hours which is amazing. Works great but left a painful burn

Worked really well and stayed hot for over 8hrs. Burned skin off in a tiny area that is very painful, maybe from laying on my stomach with it for a short period of time, but idk. Otherwise good product for day 1-2 of cycle cramps.
