It’s also long lasting.She said these also will be good for women who experience cramping during their cycle. These Friday mom patches are definitely worth the buy. They came just in time. However, it does warm up my abdomen. The packaging is great because you can take it anywhere. I liked it, but I don't think I would buy it again.

This package is convenient that they have different sizes that depends on your needs and pain level. But i love how they can last for hours

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These heat relieve recovery patches are great. They do take several minutes to start heating, but they get nice and warm without overheating. The adhesive is nice to keep them in place too. It is very sticky. Be careful it does not come off of your clothes and get stuck to your skin because it does not come off easily. I like that the patches come in two different sizes for more relief or targeted areas. They are nice and soft on the outside so they feel nice if you brush against them. They do not get too hot, especially through clothing, and although they do take quite a while to start warming, they last for quite a while too.

They are easy to apply, just stick on the fabric in between belly button and pubic area, not directly on skin. The heat lasts a really long time which is nice. No irritable scent or itchiness. Love Frida products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are really nice and fantastic for those early postpartum contractions! My only complaint is I wish it could be placed directly on the skin. Since in the early days of postpartum recovery, your are needing to change your postpartum underwear/diapers quite frequently. To get the full 8 hours of use out of the heating pad it would be more convenient to be able to leave it in one place for the whole 8 hours.

In theory they would be perfect for recovery, they’re individually wrapped and small enough to toss in your purse and heat/warm on the go. The patches themselves are supposed to be attached to clothing on the area where you are placing the patch and not directly on the skin so in order for that to work the patches should get hot enough in theory but that’s not the case. First off the adhesion for these cannot last beyond five minutes on any part of clothing without coming off. And each time it comes off it loses its sticky nature. The warmth is minimal if anything. Claims to last up to 8hrs but it doesn’t even heat up for that claim to be true. The two stars are simply for the fact that it comes in two sizes, they’re packaged well individually and the idea behind the product is amazing. Execution is just disappointing and didn’t fulfill expectations. Which is unfortunate because Frida Mom products are typically amazing and 10/10 when it comes to postpartum for moms.

I think its helps somehow because its giving the heat. Adhesive is good and dry. Doesnt smell like chemical, natural scent.
