WARNING Do not place directly on skin. This product can cause burns. Wear for up to 8 hours. Do not use for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period. Do not use on irritated, damaged or broken skin. Do not wear while sleeping. If you are 55 years of age or older, use with caution, as your risk for burns increase with age. Check skin frequently during use. Do not use on areas of the body where you can't feel heat. Remove patch immediately if there is any discomfort or pain. Do not use on areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours. Stop use and contact a doctor if you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin that persist where the wrap is worn. Ask a doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant. The patch is not reusable. Do not microwave or reheat the patch. Do not use on delicate clothing. Do not use in combination with another heating device. Do not place extra pressure, a tight waistband of belt over the product. Does not get hot
I was really disappointed in these and I wanted to like them for how much they cost. They barely got warm and didn’t really help relieve my cramps. Better off just sticking some HotHand pouches in your pocket.

It Does Work
These do work so people saying they don't might just have a higher pain. I get intense to medium cramps. It was heated more than 8 hours and I'd start sweating a tiny bit truthfully because I'm sensitive to temperatures during my period. I like that it's easily discreet rather than my whole heating pad at work. i just wish they were slightly bigger for more one sided cramps because I'm only in pain on the left side every cycle. the adhesive was lacking but i wore shorts in between so i had the panties, heating (WHICH DOES NOT GO DIRECTLY ON SKIN), shorts then sweats. Its effective for medium, tolerable cramps
