Q: Is this also a makeup remover or do I need to use a separate cleanser first?
A: PanOxyl is not a make-up remover. A make-up remover should be used prior to using PanOxyl

submitted byHala - 7 years agoA: I always use a separate cleanser first and then apply the foaming wash. I wouldn't feel comfortable trying to remove make up with it, especially around my eyes.

Q: Is it ok for teens to use this?
A: Yes, this product seems to be ok with MY teens. Ofc use at your own discretion & be aware of all ingredients (in case of allergies).

Please follow directions: wet area to be cleansed, apply acne wash and gently massage area for 1-2 minutes, rinse thoroughly and pat dry, because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with 1 application daily, then gradually increase to 2 or 3 times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor, if bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day, if going outside, apply sunscreen after using this product. If irritation or sensitivity develops, stop use of both products and ask a doctor.

Q: Does this work with pimples ? I have so many pimples everywhere and can I use my cetaphil with this product. If not , what are my risk meaning does my acne get worse ?
A: this stuff is amazing and yes you can use cetaphil with it. Cleanse first with another cleanser and follow up with this. I use cetaphil and no issues. both cleanser and face lotion.

Q: Will this work on sensitive skin to ？
A: We don’t recommend using our 10% wash on sensitive skin because of the Benzoyl peroxide that we use in our acne washes. Using a wash that has Benzoyl peroxide may cause skin irritation. We recommend you contact your healthcare provider or dermatologist for any questions regarding the appropriate treatment.

Q: can this product be used daily? can i moisturize with ceraves am and pm moisturizer with this product?
A: PanOxyl Acne Wash can be used daily. Start with one application daily, then gradually increase to 2 or 3 times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. This acne wash can be used with a moisturizer.

Q: If you use this in the shower and rinse well, does it still stain fabrics? I used to use a topical Benzoyl Peroxide as a teen, and ruined a lot of shirts. However, I wasn't rinsing after applying.
A: As long as you rinse off all the product, you should not see bleaching on your clothes.
