These latex-free hydrocolloid patches are safe for all skin types and designed to help protect skin, heal spots and prevent picking, which can lead to scarring. They're just a little thicker than some other acne dots, so they protect your blemish better and can absorb more pus and fluids.
Each box contains 40 patches in two sizes, 9mm and 12mm. PanOxyl Spot Patches contain no parabens, no fragrances, no sulfates, no dyes and no latex. To use, cleanse and dry skin. Select the patch size that covers your spot, then apply and leave on overnight. In the morning, slowly remove the patch. Cleanse and dry the affected area, and tackle the day with confidence.

Panoxyl pimple patches used to be super amazing and my go to pimple patches. However, ever since they did their “new look”, the pimple patches don’t work. They don’t hold on the skin well, and can’t even drain a pimple with a clear whitehead. They only seem to work after a pimple has been popped and the wound is open. I asked a friend who also uses this brand and they said the same thing. Save your money, this product doesn’t work anymore.

Terrible packaging… they didn’t work bc you have to use your fingernail to get them off the plastic film, which then a) crumples it against itself making it not stick on that edge and b) compromises it due to contact with your fingernail before putting on your skin (germs). Wish I had just gotten my normal Hero ones and not tried to save money.

I ordered these thinking they would be a good alternative to the Elf pimple patches but no! They don't stick and therefore can't work their magic. I would make sure .y face had no lotion or anything before applying it so it would stick but nothing worked. I do not recommend!

I’ve tried so many brands of hydrocolloid patches and these are the best! the stickiness of these patches allows them to stick well to the skin and pull out the gunk. it’s also a bonus that these are on the cheaper end + come with a good amount of patches.
