Cetaphil Acne Spot Pimple Patches with Salicylic Acid - 24ct​

Had a couple of “underground” zits coming up after traveling… usually I buy the four pack of the patches with microdarts but took a chance on these because of the amount and the price… I am soooo glad I did. They worked just as well, if not better. Flattened the zits & calmed the redness. Two days later the spots are almost completely gone. Keep in mind — these are not hydrocolloid patches — they are NOT meant to pull out anything.

They are so thin that they are almost undetectable on your skin when you are wearing them making it much less embarrassing to wear them to work or even out in public. These ones use salicylic acid which most pimple patches do not do so they are great for killing bacteria but I don’t feel like these are as good for treating some acne. I like to use these during the day and the hydrocolloid patches at night because I feel like those do a better job of absorbing whatever is inside the blemish while these ones kill the bacteria that causes the blemish in the first place. These are a great addition to my skin care routine and I will continue to buy these for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] was very skeptical about the claims of the Cetaphil fast acting Pimple Patches, but ai put them oo the test and I was EXTREMELY surprised and satisfied. The package came with 24 patches, 12 (12mm) and 12.(13.5mm). Obviously to get the best results from these patches is to use them as soon as the problem appears. The 6 hours was believable, but the ability to wear UNDER makeup, virtually undetected?!?! I had to out it to the test! I applies the patch per the directions, onto clean dry skin. The patch was almost invisible but how about under makeup? I then began my daily makeup application, ofcoruse it took a little more care to blend around the patch but it was virtually undetectable. I love these things!! S Not only is the patch working to get rid of the acne, it is also treating my skin during the day and protecting the acne from further dirt and not clogging my pores! I had my boyfriend give these a shot, too, as we have different skin types and they worked for him as well. Within 6 hours it was visible reduced in size and the redness was gone. The patch also helps to determine picking and touching. I fully recommend these to anyone who even ever so slightly has issues with acne.

Any time I see a pimple or red bump, I automatically apply the correct size patch and allow it to shrink the acne. These patches help reduce the redness and size of the acne. The packaging is small and you can throw a sleep into your purse or keep them in the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to open packaging. They are super effective. Took two days for my break out to clear up. They could be a bit more stickier. They seem to not want to stick very well if you sweat heavily or have any amount of skincare on.

Used one night and so OBSESSED I needed to leave a review!!! I rarely struggle with acne but recently I had 2 very irritating and huge pimples underneath the bridge of my glasses. I looked for pimple patches but was nervous because I have VERY sensitive skin and currently struggling with seasonal eczema. I browsed and found the cetaphil ones, so happy to see they have some as I only use their face lotions and soaps. Not only did I feel immediate relief putting them on my pimples, but they significantly reduced in size and irritation then next day (I wore them to bed). A HUGE thank you to Cetaphil!!! Yall always come through!!!!! Definitely going to continue using the rest, and buy more when needed 💜
