Q: Can you use they patches on the skin on your upper lip? I have a pimple fairly close to my lip but on the skin above it. It says not to put these on your lips.

Based on the product's guidelines, it is not recommended to use these patches on the skin directly above your upper lip. While the warning specifically mentions "DO NOT APPLY TO EYES, LIP, OR MOUTH," the close proximity of that area to your lip and mouth means there's a risk of accidental contact. The skin in that region can also be quite sensitive. For the safety and comfort of your skin, we advise against using the patch in that specific location.

They’re thinner and more comfortable than a lot of other hydrocolloid patches I’ve tried, and the added ceramides + niacinamide make a noticeable difference in how calm my skin feels afterward. They stick well, stay discreet, and start flattening blemishes within a few hours. I really like that they help reduce redness and keep me from picking, which definitely helps avoid marks later. The pack comes with 22 patches and the tapered design keeps them in place even overnight. If you want a gentle but effective patch that supports the skin barrier instead of irritating it, these are a great choice. I’d definitely repurchase!

Affordable and get the job done!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These easy to easy to use blemish patches work very well. I’ve applied them and used them overnight and leave no marks on my face. I really love the fact that the grip of very effective and the patch blends with my face making it look like I have nothing on. After removal you can see how effective it is because it’s removing the gunk from your face sometimes even noticeable on the patch itself. Thank you Cerave for making a patch that’s affordable for those who have acne issues.

Did not do a thing for me
I have been dying to do this review. I bought these as soon as they came out. Here is what I noticed. Pro- -they are clear with a hint of blurring to them. -they hide redness really well -easy to remove -THIN - they come in two sizes -they sit flush with the skin and would be great under make up Con- - only one sheet -they did not work I’m not sure why they didn’t work, but I would still buy another box for the only purpose of hiding a juicy red outbreak.

Didn’t work well for us

Great for the price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these for about 4 weeks, I get random pimples here and there and these worked okay. I have tired better, but they did an okay job especially for the price point. They are easy to peel off and put on so packaging was pretty good. No scent which is always a plus for me. Overall I’d use them again.

I struggle with hormonal acne on the chin. They’re super thin and invisible on the skin, so I wore them overnight and even during the day with no issues. I love that they have ceramides and niacinamide! it’s not just a patch, it’s actual skincare. They help calm redness which i can have a lot of. After just a few uses, my breakout looked flatter and way less angry. If you struggle with hormonal acne or those sneaky stress breakouts, these are a must-have. Always been a fan of CeraVe; CeraVe did what needed to be done.

I love how easy they are to use. You just clean and dry the area & slap a patch on. The pimples are noticeably reduced. They absorb excess fluid, pus, and bacteria.
