A: Hello Uriel! Our CeraVe Acne Control Cleanser is designed to be used as a wash-off cleanser, similar to a facial soap. You'll want to apply it to wet skin, massage it gently to create a lather, and then rinse completely. It's not a leave-on product like a lotion.

This product is highly effective at tackling acne! The product itself has great coverage and you only need the smallest amount (pea size) to cover your whole face! Once applied you can feel it working, but not to harshly, and afterwards it leaves your skin feeling silky smooth! Definitely recommend! It can be a little pricey, but it's worth it!

This is my night and day cleanser for the past 5 years. I have fallen in love with it. There is no scent to it. The ingredients are prescribed so it is more than just a cleanser. It helps with acne and oiliness. Makes tour skin texture smooth. I usually by the 12 oz bottle because I know I will run out quickly. It's very cost-effective and lasts me a while.

I have tried many acne cleaners. This is the absolute best one that has helped control my hormonal acne that I get on my chin. The big size lasts me for a long time and I know I can trust it to help keep my acne at bay during specific times. I love that it also doesn’t dry out my skin after use it like other acne cleaners I’ve used.

I have been a loyal cerave customer for many years. But I recently restocked with this cleanser and it smells horrible. Like chemicals maybe? Or something burning. The previous one I had, didn’t have a smell. So this is very off putting. I am going to have to throw it away it smells so bad. Before this one I bought. Never had an issue. I would give 5 stars if it didn’t have such a bad smell

If you have blackheads and clogged pores, use this because it has salicylic acid. If you have pimples, whiteheads, zits, use the cleanser in the tube because it has Benzoyl Peroxide in it. I’ve used both and they work. I don’t reach for this cleanser as much anymore because my acne is under control. I use it only 1-2 a week to keep blackheads on my nose at bay. If you have acne, I recommend!! It works! You don’t need 50-11 acne products, just this.

Its works really great. 10/10 i would definitely recommend. The packaging is so nice and well created its great. The ingredients are so awesome for people who have skin like me. And the texture is so smooth and so satisfying. And theres really no scent but it smells ok i guess.

After washing my face with this cleanser my skin was beat red just like as if it was sunburnt and made my skin break out even worse than before using it.. not recommended for anyone who has sensitive skin, just my own opinion based on my own experience.
