I have been dealing with an eczema flare up on my face, and thought a fragrance free shampoo/conditioner could help calm my skin. The first time I used this, I looked in the mirror after bathing and was shocked to see my chest had instantly reacted and broken out. This was the only change in my routine, and it happened on the first use. I have used Cerave face wash and facial lotion without issue. I’m disappointed considering this is specifically marketed for sensitive skin. It made my hair feel clean and soft, but it clearly has something in it that irritates my skin.

I am so incredibly impressed with this shampoo! I don’t remember my hair ever looking and feeling as good as it has since I started using this a few weeks ago. It’s been rainy and damp this spring and my hair shows no frizz! No unwanted curling, just hydrated and fuller! I was outside today for a graduation for hours in the damp cool air and my hair never frizzed! It stayed smooth with manageable volume! I love Cerave products and this hair care line is a home run!! I am a lifer! I bought this with no incentive! Just wanted to try it and soooo glad I did!

My hair has changed so much over the past few years, and I have not been able to bring it back to what it used to be. This shampoo seems to be doing the trick…perhaps my scalp was all out of whack? Anyways, I am a Cerave devotee and I was over the moon when they launched hair products. Obsessed and will be purchasing again.

I don't know what was going on with my scalp but out of nowhere it became very itchy. The itchiness lasted for months with seemingly nothing that would help it stop. I started seeing ads for thr Cerave shampoo so I decided to try it. First, i was thrilled to see the seperate conditioner. Second, one use made a significant difference. It may not make your hair smell prettier but my hair feels amazing and so does my scalp

Bought the shampoo and conditioner. The products were not as hydrating as I would have preferred for my hair. Also, I had considerably more frizz on top compared to other shampoos and conditioners I have used.

This is a great shampoo. It cleans really well but it's also extremely moisturizing. I have very fine dry hair and I was so impressed after one use. I've used it a few times now and I just love it. My hair looks so much healthier after only a few uses. I'm definitely going to stock up. Please never get rid of this!

I’m not aware of my scalp at all!!!! I used to have an occasional itch, not anymore! I even had my hair colored and my scalp felt completely normal afterwards….amazing. It takes about 2 weeks to adjust to no scent when you shampoo & condition but it’s totally worth it to feel comfortable. My only request is that they sell it in large jugs with pumps. The bottles are top heavy because they’re tall and skinny. You won’t regret buying this.

I love Cera Ve skincare products and I can say that they do just as fantastic a job with their hair care quality as they do with their skincare. My number one favorite thing about this set is although it's tough on dirt, grease, and grime within our hair and scalp, it doesn't strip your hair OR scalp leaving dry, brittle feeling hair or a flaky scalp. It's made without MIT ingredients that are known to cause allergic reactions for some people and better yet it really does calm and soothe scalp inflammation. Oddly enough, I've noticed various shampoos I've tried doing this exact thing to my scalp and I just dealt with it, but with Cera Ve's Shampoo & Conditioner I don't have to worry about that uncomfortable feeling 30 minutes or sometimes longer after showering. If I'm nitpicking, I do wish these 2 had just a super light, subtle fresh and clean or floral scent of some sort instead of being completely fragrance free, but it's not a total deal breaker. But that's the only con I can come up with because they are that great.

I’ve been struggling for the last 3 years with dry scalp which I assume is the main contributing factor to my hair loss. I’ve tried several different shampoos and conditioners to manage my hair loss and brittle dry hair. I’ve been a long time user of CeraVes acne control cleanser and moisturizers and refuses to use any other brand of cleanser + moisturizer so I have decided to give the shampoo and conditioner a go, I am immensely impressed and I’m highly convinced that this shampoo + conditioner duo is saving my scalp and my hair. My hair has never felt so clean, moisturized and soft. I switched over to this product from Herbal Essences about 2 weeks ago and I can already feel and see such a difference in my scalp from trying almost every shampoo brand at the store. 10/10
