Q: I bought this as a leave-in conditioner, but just saw the instructions on the bottle, which say to first shampoo and condition your hair. Is anyone using this in lieu of traditional conditioner?

  • A: It's definitely an add on to regular conditioner. I use it in the shower right after I condition I squeeze the water out of my hair and spray my very long colored hair generously. This stuff is amazing and makes my hair very soft. Even though I only get a trim on my ends once a year to even out my ends I never get split ends and my hair is incredibly soft and silky thanks to this product. Tip: the product is not a liquid, it's the consistency of a non-greasy lotion so when you are about 1/3 - 1/2 of the way through the bottle the pump stops working due to the thick "liquid". Just add water to fill it up and shake well. Still works the same and you get more for your money. I highly recommend this product!!!

Q: Does this have enough heat protection for blow drying and curling or straightning? If so does it protect up to 450 degrees? Is this more of a conditioner? should a seperate heat protector be used along with this product for heat styling?

  • A: Yes, it says it offers UV protection and thermal (heat) protection. It's more than just a leave-in conditioner, it's a nourishing treatment can be used alone or as a restorative styling product. It's formulated to repair damaged hair, add shine and promote silkiness, detangle, control frizz, protect color, prevent split ends and breakage, enhance body, and even works as a thermal protector. Apply product to wet hair before blow drying or styling, or use on dry hair instead of styling cream for smooth, controlled hair. It also smells so good.

    Love it but kinda pricy

    I love this and it makes my hair feel super soft and makes it more shiny and less frizzy the only downside is how pricy it is but I think overall it is worth it even though it is kinda expensive.

    Good product, nozzle gets stuck

    I love the formula itself, but sometimes the packaging gets on my nerves. The nozzle is temperamental and often stops working completely, especially when it’s about half empty. Then I have to pour it out to use the product. But it’s a great leave in conditioner/detangler and doesn’t leave hair greasy.

    IT'S A 10 company, please re-design the bottle for a normal hand size! lol

    The 10oz bottle is way too big to spray one-handed! It's such a bad design! If your hands are huge, you're fine. I swear I'm not a person with unusually tiny hands, but this is impossible to spray onto my hair unless I hold the bottle with both hands. Never had this happen before. I do like (not love) the actual product enough, though, that I didn't want to waste it. So I used an empty travel-sized spray bottle that I already had and filled it for better convenience/comfort. Now, this big bottle is just the refill for when my small sprayer gets low. IT'S A 10 company, please re-design the bottle for a normal hand size?!?! lol

    Amazing product!

    This stuff feels amazing on my hair! I like the scent it's not too strong and it doesn't smell weird or anything like that. I like how it made my hair feel soft and definitely made it less frizzy and shiny! But I was expecting the bottle to be a little bigger because the bottle is quite small but not too small. I do definitely think this is a must have!
