I have dry, low porosity hair with type 2c/3a curls. My hair is very fine, and it used to be thick but unfortunately due to health problems it recently thinned to about half its normal thickness. I was hoping to find a shampoo/conditioner with good moisture and slight volumizing without weighing down my curls. I also care deeply about if it is made with a clean formula. This checks all the boxes. My hair was instantly so much softer, curlier, and even looked more voluminous after two uses of this shampoo + its paired conditioner. I highly recommend for people who have similar hair to me. It also smells amazing! Yes, it's kind of expensive but well worth it in my opinion :)

Not good for my curls!!
The curl care shampoo and conditioner have deflated my curls, made my hair dry out drastically and it feels dirty within 2 days. I'm not recommending this product for curly hair, however I've not used any of the other types. I've used it twice and I'll be throwing it away!!

After one use, the shampoo seems lovely! The container it came in, not so much. After about 5 minutes of manipulation and study, I was still unable to get the pump to release from its lock position and start pumping. Not wanting to waste any more time, I discarded the pump and replaced it with another cap I had lying about, which fits well enough.

I used to use Coconut and Vanilla, wich is great, but this Curl Care Coconut Milk and Turmeric is just amazing. I started using it in my 2C/3A curls and not only gives definition but you can feel a really lighter roots with shine and 0 frizz Please keep this product forever!Don't make it just for holidays , curly girls deserve this shampoo & conditioner!!I totally love it

I was worried about the scent…it smells amazing! It is also very moisturizing and creates a nice thick lather. Great for curly hair but it would also do great for people with dry/ brittle hair.

Really enjoying this scent, the $ value and rich quality of the shampoo. I have thick dark brown wavy hair and require a lot of moisture to keep it tame. This is my choice for the foreseeable future. Plus, in terms of plastic, at least the container is made from recycled so we can bolster the market for containers made like this.

Okay cleaning, Overwhelming scent
It's not a terrible shampoo, but the artificial coconut scent is pungent and smells, well, artificial. If you're sensitive to fragrance, this will be a no-go for you. It does do a good job of cleaning, from what I could tell, but I didn't use it for long (see scent comment).
