Q: I’ve been trying to twist the pump open in both directions for a really long time—how am I supposed to open the product so the pump pops up?

I bought this product because I am trying to cut out excess chemicals in my beauty products. I tested it out for three washes and my hair became very dry as if all of the natural oils had been removed. I also experienced dandruff which I haven’t had since middle school. I stopped use immediately. Unfortunately this was a no go for me.

Full of alcohol derivatives and tried my hair out immediately. Within a week of using my hair was so dry and brittle it fully lost its curl. Hopefully I can save it from the damage this product has done

I was a little hesitant at first, but I actually really love this! The shampoo (and conditioner) both work for me like salon quality, but better prices. (I get better results from Native than I do with more expensive names like Redkin). I have (I think 😅) 2b hair, so not really super curly on most days. This shampoo and conditioner has helped to add bounce to it, volume, and I've noticed that, even in Florida, I don't always have to use a leave-in conditioner to help get rid of the frizz. The smell is long lasting and honestly kind of luxurious, for me. Love it and highly recommend!

This shampoo smelled so good. However, it made my hair super greasy like it hadn’t been washed in weeks. Underneath my hair felt like I didn’t wash out completely, I definitely did. The cucumber mint one is what I’ll go back to. Hair felt nice and clean.

I absolutely LOVE this shampoo! 🥥 THE BEST coconut scent I’ve ever used. I am truly very surprised by so many reviews saying it leaves a residue in their hair? 🤔 Maybe a more thorough rinse is needed since it’s extra moisturizing for curly hair? Not sure, but I’ve not had this issue at all, and the smell stays in my hair for days. 😍 I hope this will be a staple option for Native! Such a wonderful scent, and it has been so great for my hair. 🙌🏼

The shampoo felt too heavy on my hair and made my scalp feel dirty. I also experienced that hair loss other people have mentioned. I have used different native shampoos for a few months and I was in denial about the hair loss until I one day felt how how little hair I had compared to a few months ago. Nothing else in my routine had changed except for that fact that I was using Native shampoos. Never again! Trust what others are saying about this shampoo!
