I’m giving this a low review because the packaging is absolutely horrible.. I sat there for 15 minutes trying to get the top opened! Thank goodness I wasn’t in the shower trying to mess with this because it would’ve been even more annoying. Had to look up on YouTube to figure out how to open! Even then I wasn’t able to without having to find something to try and hold the small middle piece so I can only spin the spout! Btw a great trick is using your kitchen scissors handles that have the little teeth (for cracking nuts open) to hold the little piece if it is stuck to the spout! Anyways I will not buy this product until they fix the packaging!! I’m big on packaging

I had high hopes for this shampoo, but sadly, it was a letdown from the first sniff. Cucumber and mint? Not even close. The scent is overpowering and smells more like a generic men’s cologne than anything refreshing or natural. Instead of feeling invigorated, I ended up with a headache from how strong and synthetic the fragrance was. If you’re expecting something light, crisp, and spa-like, this isn’t it. Really disappointed—definitely wouldn’t repurchase.

It's making my hair, which was once thick and fluffy in the best way possible, thin and fall out in large clumps. NEVER had this issue when using my prior shampoo. it isn't just a few strands, its handfuls of hair.

The smell is awful. Like bath and body works cucumber melon only worse. Supposed to be more “natural” but the scent is totally fake. Clearly they never smelled a cucumber before. Also makes my hair feel dirty after just 1 day and I don’t usually wash everyday.

I recently have been trying to switch to products that have less harsh ingredients but I was kinda weary to try native at first but ended up being really satisfied with my shampoo and conditioner ! The blackberry and green tea smelled amazing which is a big plus ! I also liked how the shampoo made my hair feel good after rinsing unlike a lot of shampoos that make your hair feel stripped and crunchy. I definitely recommend giving their products a try at least once, especially considering everything is so fairly priced !
