The smell is awful. Like bath and body works cucumber melon only worse. Supposed to be more “natural” but the scent is totally fake. Clearly they never smelled a cucumber before. Also makes my hair feel dirty after just 1 day and I don’t usually wash everyday.

I recently have been trying to switch to products that have less harsh ingredients but I was kinda weary to try native at first but ended up being really satisfied with my shampoo and conditioner ! The blackberry and green tea smelled amazing which is a big plus ! I also liked how the shampoo made my hair feel good after rinsing unlike a lot of shampoos that make your hair feel stripped and crunchy. I definitely recommend giving their products a try at least once, especially considering everything is so fairly priced !

Product itself is fine but the pump top is a real problem. I shouldn't have to track down pliers in a dorm building just to open my shampoo bottle. I thought the product was defective until I looked it up and found thousands of comments with the same problem. It can't be that hard to design a pump top.
