Q: My coconut and vanilla shampoo was pink when I bought it is it still safe to use or should I throw it away?

submitted by Jasp - 3 months ago
  • A: Hi Jasp, Thanks for reaching out to us and great question! Some Native products may undergo cosmetic changes (e.g. change in color) during storage. This is typically driven by naturally-derived ingredients in our fragrance oils, with some fragrances more likely to cause changes than others due to their ingredient compositions. These cosmetic changes do not impact product efficacy or scent, and the product will perform as expected. We hope that helps put any concerns at ease! Please let us know if you have any other questions and enjoy the rest of your day :)

Q: Hello, I just recently purchased the almond and Shea butter hair line. I noticed that the regular conditioner the hair mask have the exact same ingredients. How do they differ?

submitted by Kat - 3 years ago
  • A: Hi Kat, Thanks for reaching out to us and that’s a great question! The ingredients are technically the same but included at different levels! The mask focuses on deep conditioning, while the conditioner moisturizes, but enables a faster rinse. We hope that helps answer your question :) Please let us know if we can do anything else to assist and enjoy the rest of your day!

MY HAIR IS IN CLUMPS ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR

christinaxx - 11 days ago
I purchased this shampoo and conditioner hoping for luscious locks, but what I got was a nightmare! After just a few uses, my once-thick mane started falling out in horrifying clumps. Not only that, but my scalp turned into a flaky mess, resembling a snow globe every time I scratched my head. My bathroom floor now looks like a hairy crime scene, and my confidence has plummeted along with my hair density. Save yourself the agony and avoid this hair massacre in a bottle at all costs!

I LOVE NATIVE

I've been using native products for about a year now but I didn't start using hair care till around august. I had used it at an air bnb after a horrific hair dye. Within a week of use my hair was back to soft and normal, and after a few months of use I literally won't switch from native again. They smell SOO good (sweet peach especially) na d make my hair feel so good! Only problem is how expensive this stuff is.

Thank god I bought the travel size. The smell is okay. The shampoo and conditioner dried my hair out and it took a very long time to detangle. This product does not moisturize the hair what so ever. I’ll be sticking to their deodorant and body wash.

Extremely short lived smell

Purchased the candy cane scent and I’m really disappointed. First of all- it did great with making my hair clean and soft. However, the scent is gone as soon as you rinse it out. I would expect at least some staying power. Loved the scent of the candy cane a lot but would not repurchase. By the time my hair had fully dried, you couldn’t even smell a small hint of it. I like my hair to smell good throughout the day. Please make your scents a lot stronger because I love your products otherwise!
