    Manufacturing Issue

    While I genuinely like Native products, there is a clear and recurring issue with the pump packaging that needs to be addressed. I currently have six Native products in various showers throughout my home, and only four have functioning pumps. That’s a 33% failure rate! And unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time issue. It happens consistently. Native, it’s time to take a serious look at your packaging and perhaps find a new plastics manufacturer. It’s incredibly frustrating to repeatedly purchase products only to discover the pumps won’t open or function properly. I love what’s inside the bottle, but if I can’t get it OUT of the bottle, what’s the point? Do better, Native. As much as I like your products, I’m done purchasing them until this issue is resolved.

    Coconut & Vanilla Moisturizing Shampoo

    While I like the daily shampoo, this particular scent was not available in that format. Moisturizing shampoo was/is the ONLY option. It leaves my hair with almost a stiffness, even though I rinse extremely well. So, it only gets a 4-Star in my review.

    Nice scent but better for thicker hair
