Shampoo itself is fine. But it’s impossible to use. This is the second time I’ve gotten a bottle where the pump head won’t open up. It just stays stuck down and closed. No matter what I do I can’t get it to pop up to release. Just a pain. And expensive to have to deal with that.

It gives my scalp a nice, DEEP clean to where my scalp actually feels CLEAN afterwards but not over stripped. I love a lot of Native products and this doesn't disappoint. It doesn't weigh my hair down or make it greasy, which is a problem for me sometimes. I think it lathers well and rinses out cleanly. I'm happy with the ingredients as well. I would recommend them!

It does leave a film over the clean hair, and I feel like it flattened my hair a lot.
