Warnings

skin irritation and dryness is more likely to occur if you use another topical acne medication at the same time. If irritation occurs, only use one topical acne medication at a time.

Directions

Shake well before using. Clean the skin thoroughly before applying this product. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.

The directions say to use it one to three times daily. I found that once every other day worked for me otherwise it made my skin a little red and irritated. It’s great to help keep skin radiant and help reduce pimples and black heads. Would’ve killed to have this product when I was a teenager! The consistency is more like a toner so it does spread all over the face very easily! Overall great product for acne prone skin that is not overly sensitive.

    IT WORKS!

    i have been using this product for several months and love it! it works well to reduce breakouts. the first time i used it my skin cleared up within 2 weeks and if i stop using it and get lazy with skincare i breakout then use again and it works! i lasts quite a long time and is affordable. it is gentle and does not burn my sensitive skin. i love it! would recommend. its an essential product in my skincare routine now

    Avoid this All Around

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I legitimately cannot recommend PanOxyl's Clarifying Exfoliant 2% Salicylic Acid at all. After adding this to my routine for about two weeks, I noticed that my skin had started to peel rather horribly. All I know, and could truthfully figure, this had triggered an eczema flare up so bad that my parts of my face had peeled and started to feel like sandpaper. Which was strange, since I'm not allergic to any of the known ingredients in this. Just avoid this all around, it won't help.
