Q: What is the scrub made of? They are big and uneven. Nuts? seeds? Do tell because there is NO INFO on the scrub particles.

I use this cleanser in alteration with my heavier duty cleaners that can not be used twice a day. It is a good basic cleanser. The small beads feel nice while exfoliating and the smell/ingredients make it a very nice morning cleanser. Definitely feel more awake after use.

I tried this to improve overall texture oiliness and breakouts my skin was experiencing. However I was not at all impressed. It left my skin really tight and clean feeling but almost too clean feeling because it also causes my skin to become very dry and even more irritating. I would highly recommend using this product slowly and sparingly and adding in a good quality moisturizer is a must. Overall I didn’t like and would not recommend.

I know this is not recommended because it is physically exfoliating but- it just works. I’ve been using this for years and I always come back to it when I just need a good scrub to unclog my pores & help manage my acne. I also love the refreshing grapefruit scent. I only use this 2-3x a time and I think that’s a good amount
