Tingles with coolness
I used to use this every time I washed my face especially in the morning with the added menthol it tingles and leaves your face feeling cool, but it did get a bit much so went to every second shower. It has both physical and chemical exfoliants in it the chemical is glycolic and salicylic acids but not in high doses so if your skin can take it you can use it everyday just rub gently so you don't irritate your skin and leave it with raw patches. It's Non-Comedogenic so won't clog your pores which is the whole point of facial cleansers like this to clean your pores. It lathers into a foam that is really good at washing away the dirt and stuff on your face.

My Clean & Clear replacement
I used to buy the Clean & Clear deep action exfoliating scrub, but they changed their formula like a year ago and it just has not been the same since. I like a face scrub that acutally FEELS like it's scrubbing and cleaning my face. Thankfully this reminds of the original clean & clear scrub and does the trick! Both of the brands are a little pricy in my opinion, but truly, what isn't pricy anymore haha.
