Very abrasive scrub if your looking for something that has grit. I have always loved the smell, it can cause irritation so apply gently. Can cause redness from dry skin so make sure to apply moisturizer after!

A bit too strong for sensitive skin
The St. Ives Apricot Scrub smells nice and leaves skin feeling really polished, but it’s a little too intense for my sensitive skin. The exfoliation is very deep, so it might work better for someone who likes a more powerful scrub. I’d just use it gently or sparingly if your skin is on the sensitive side.

Super helpful to clean oily skin
I have combined/oily skin. I use this scrub as it helps me clean the oil and makes my skin feel fresh and smooth. I only apply a little bit in the while face, so this goes a long way. Is important to consistently use it daily though to see good results.

This gets a lot of unnecessary hate. While I agree that it's too harsh for a daily scrub, it's good for days when your skin needs a deep clean. Use occasionally when needed and follow up with a great moisturizer.

I’ve been using the St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub for a while, and it really leaves my skin feeling smooth and refreshed. The texture is quite gritty, so it gives a deep exfoliation — perfect if you like that “clean and polished” feeling. The scent is fresh and fruity, and a little goes a long way. I wouldn’t use it every day since it’s pretty strong, but 2–3 times a week works great for me. Definitely a classic drugstore favorite

Love this face scrub, great value for money. Easy to use, just add water and gently massage into face then rinse off. It has a light pleasant fragrance. After using, my skin feels smooth, refreshed and glowing, it definitely sloughs off old dry skin and leaves fresher looking skin underneath.
