  • A: Yes our Mighty Patches are generally safe, but please note that we only test on consumers 18+. Since younger skin is usually more sensitive, we recommend to try leaving the patch on the pimple for only 4-6 hours at first, for children younger than 18 as a patch test. And to not use more than once or twice in the same area. If they have any sensitivity, then they should stop use and consult their doctor.

    They work!

    I love these patches. I have been trying these "zit" patches by various brands. Hero is one of my favorites. Hero is a bit more expensive than some of the others I have tried, but they adhere well and blend into my skin. It is not obvious when I am wearing them. I only wear them when I am at home, but I have gone out shopping and realized that I still had one or two on my face. They blend in so well it is very easy to forget to take them off before leaving the house.
