Cora Heat Patch - Iron - 6ct

Followed the directions and this burnt part of my skin off. if it feels like it's burning you, it is! Be careful

They didn’t work…almost like they activated in the box already and when I went to use them they were not heating.

The heating pads work well, and the pack of 6 is perfect for me. Other brands have packs of 3, so the price is better for the pack of 6 and I need all of them for each month

When it's that time of the month, I get painful cramps. I use these and it helps relieve the pain. Only flaw is it doesn't stick well. I've had a few unstick and fall off after only a couple hours.

They barley heat up - would not recommend

The directions are easy to follow. they dont stay well is where the five star doesnt happen. Mine kept shifting around. its almost like you need medical tape to make sure it stay in place. but i would still get this again for the stupid crampy days. It also helps with my lumbar issue in my lower back.

I can stick them in my high waist panties. I haven't had any issues with burns. I just wish I had initially purchased more pads to help me. 1

Let's face it, you can't keep your heating pad with you all the time but you can get some relief by using these convenient, portable patches. The patches are large and attach to your clothing, not your skin. They provide a soothing warmth for several hours. Although the warmth is not quite the same as my heating pad, it does provide some comfort. The patches themselves are quite large which may be an obstacle, especially if you have a smaller frame. They adhere pretty well but can make you feel damp and sweaty, especially on warmer days or when you are indoors. They have plant extracts although I could not tell what benefit those offered. I think they are a decent alternative to nothing at all when your period cramps are causing you a significant amount of pain and you still have to go about your day. I'd definitely say give them a try and see for yourself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this would be a hotter heat. It was a gentle heat and lasted a long time. It does say you have to stick it to your underwear not you skin which is a little different from other heat patches. I did like how it didn’t smell.

Easy to use, as soon as you take them out of the package, they start to heat. Just put them over the area that needs the heat(not on bare skin) and instant cramp relief happens. They may be a small, but they pack a punch and last for 8 hours. Made with sustainable products, I really appreciate that. The best part? They are quite portable. Awesome pain relief with no drugs!

They’re discreet, so they can be worn any time, any place without anyone knowing. The only problem with them is that they don’t stay sticky long enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this idea is brilliant! I was super excited to try it out. I waited for my next period with cramps to come along. I will say there are little instructions on how to use this but it should be pretty fool proof but little direction of what to do/expect etc from the pad itself. i grew up with hand warmer packets so right out of the package you had to “warm” them up by tossling them around to activate. I thought this was the same - but it wasn’t. You rip off the sticker liner and stick to fabric and away you go. No where did it state 10-15 will it take to heat up for you to barely feel heat, and barely feel it through the material you have to stick it to because putting directly on your skin is not advised. I will say maybe I try thinner material underwear next time, today was not the day for that. But I couldn’t even feel the pad warming through my underwear - so I would say they work mediocre. I pressed it into my body with weight to feel it’s warmth and yes that worked, I took it off and flipped it and put it on my skin (not advised) that felt good. But I couldn’t feel it working stuck on and through a material. Which is why I give it less stars and the fact that the directions are like 1 liners and no description made it a tad hard to figure out how this product will work, activate, last, etc. with little detail. Overall great idea, poor execution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these to help with my cramps and I was very surprised by how warm and steady the heat was throughout the day. I was impressed that there are no toxic chemicals in it and it was natural ingredients. The stick on heating pad is a little heavy and may tug down light pairs of undergarments but if you wear another garment over top that is a little snug it will hold it in place better. It worked all day for me that way. It was really nice to put the cramps at ease without medication. The patch kept me nice and warm and kept the cramps at bay in a rather unnoticeable manner. I would recommend this product and will use again. It is worth noting this is unique in the market as it is a very female friendly brand and does not have toxic ingredients!

It is easy to wear and easy to attach to my underwear. I would recommend this patch to anyone that wants relief from cramping and lower back pain.

It really worked well for a couple of things I had going on. My periods were very crampy and painful. The Cora Relief pads actually helped greatly with the cramps. I then threw my back out, and I used them for my back! I could not believe the difference from before to after! Great product! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
