These pads are so comfortable. After having three babies my flow is heavy at night and I’m particularly crampy. These pads didn’t leak like others and gave me full coverage plus a cooling comfort.

I bought these two weeks post partum thinking it would be a natural way to help with pain since I had significant tearing—these pads put me in SO MUCH PAIN. Felt like I was on fire and took forever for it to feel back to normal again. I wish I read reviews prior to buying since it seems to be a common problem

It’s honestly a hit or miss depending on your likes, cramps, and sensitivities. If you’re more sensitive to fragrances or different essential oils down there it WILL feel like it’s burning or irritate you. But I can see why it has a cooling effect and how it could help with bad cramps! I use this alongside a cup due to my heavy cycles and suffer with bad cramps for the first few days, and it definitely helped with the cramps and helps you feel a lot cleaner! I’d recommend keeping the pad on for at least 30-60 minutes before determining whether you like it or not if you’re not overly sensitive in that area. After the first 30 minutes it feels a LOT better and not as intense/actually cooling. The first few minutes definitely felt like Vicks Vapor Rub - I can understand the confusion on reviews.

Omg it felt like forever it was horrible I didn’t realize it had mint in the pad! Who thought of such a stuoid idea??!!

It was extremely painful and very uncomfortable — it burned unbearably. I was only able to tolerate it for about five minutes before I had to take it off and throw away the entire pack because it felt like torture to my body.

I know some women don’t like the cooling effect and I genuinely didn’t think I would either but I LOVE these. They truly help with any period discomfort and cramping to the point to where I have to have them when it’s that time of the month.

These pads create a cooling almost icy hot sensation. You either hate it or love it and I actually enjoy it. I’m pretty sure it’s the mint, but it feels refreshing to me especially when I put one on after a shower. Giving 4 stars since I barely started using them, but haven’t had any issues so far.

Before trying these pads, I used to purchase cheaper alternatives that unfortunately were not made of cotton and contained chemicals that irritated my period symptoms. I appreciate that these pads are 100% cotton, free of harmful chemicals, and have essential oils that prevent odors and keep everything fresh.

This is a nice protection pad I use as an older woman. It is never itchy or bunchy, it's soothing.

Love love LOVE these pads! I suffer with really severe cramps, and they are the most unbearable 5 days ever, I used these pads and they helped a ton with relieving the pain from cramps! It’s certainly not for everyone, but I will continue to buy these pads moving forward! Game changers!!🙌

I really love these pads! I started using them back in 2023 and I’ve been married to this product. I’ve noticed a difference in strength level over the years that has been pretty disappointing. I really miss the feeling of a fresh pad after a nice shower. I’m sure it’s from all the complaints from people we can’t read descriptions, messing it up for the rest of us. Smh. It said mint on the label, what did y’all expect? I see now there are non herbal options along with the new, watered down herbal options, i’m wondering if there could be an Extra Herbal option?? Clearly labeled so no one complains. The old recipe really use to help my cramps a lot.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying these. They are the worst pads I have ever used. It literally felt like I applied Vicks VapoRub. the sensation was intense, not subtle at all. I couldn’t keep it on for more than five minutes. Don’t waste your money unless you don’t mind a burning feeling

I am just a teen but these have helped my cramps sooo much. It doesn’t burn it’s a nice cooling sensation and it’s refreshing. I would definitely recommend don’t listen to the reviews saying it burns THEY DO WONDERS! They’re also soooo comfortable compared to other brands i’ve tried and the sizing are perfect!! DEFINITELY WILL BE PURCHASING AGAIN!!!

I love this pad and have been using it for the past 6-7 years now. It is the only pad I will buy and I hope that this continue to be accessible. I just came across a video that warned people off this pad, if cooling/mint isn’t your thing, then maybe just get the unscented version. You dont have to ruin it for others who actually liked the product.

Doesn’t burn me and I am very sensitive. I have PMDD and Endo, so my periods are extremely heavy and painful. These provide so much comfort and sooth me so much. They are the only pads I use now! I do wish they had more pads in a package, I’m pretty sure they used to come in bigger packages.

I wore these for about 1 min and had to rip them off- it feels like you rubbed Vicks vapor rub on your nether regions- absolutely atrocious- never buy this!!!! I refuse to believe a woman designed this product--I also refuse to believe these are real reviews! Horrible
