I picked these up one day when I suddenly started my period and needed a quick fix so I was able to continue with work properly the rest of the day. They were a great addition for the price point and kept me comfortable. I deducted a star because it’s a little inconvenient that it has to be put over clothing. It helped so much to bring relief from cramps.

Not strong heat and wore off after about 2 hours. Literally a scam/false advertising. Stick to icy hot patches. Might try to return the remaining two.

I expected more from Midol! These reach the same temperature as a cup of hot tea that you forget about for two hours, so you go to drink it and it’s not the best but you’re too lazy to go to the microwave. ThermaCare has the best heat patches, they get hot and stay hot. Midol should reach out to them about how to make an effective heat patch cause this ain’t it!

Not a big fan of this at all. The concept seems really great. But it does not really have any heat. I know you're supposed to put it on a thin piece of clothing versus on skin and I did that and it doesn't really feel any heat. They said don't use it for more than 8 hours, but I don't even think you can use this for one hour there's no heat protruding from it.

I love using these when mother nature comes calling, it helps sooth the pain when I need it, I love how easy they are to use just slap it on and relax while they melt the pain away.

These are really helpful for mild cramping. I was able to go about my day without noticing constant pain, and didn't have to worry about the patch losing heat or falling off. I don't think it will relieve terrible cramping, but the amount of heat is suitable for the kind of mild, consistent pain that I get. Using this patch gave me the relief and peace of mind to get through the day and take care of what mattered to me, rather than focusing on pain all day, and I'm glad I have them on hand.

I'd give a 0 if I could. Don't waste the money. You can't even feel the heat at all through everything you can when you place you hand on the front. Such a waste of money

These absolutely do not stick at all and give off a laughable amount of "heat".it fell off my leggings and off my underwear within an hour each time I tried to use these. They suck.

If you’re going to make a patch that sticks to clothing, IT SHOULD ACTUALLY STICK. Otherwise, you’re just selling overpriced pieces of trash that belong in the garbage—which is exactly where these ended up. And then there’s the so-called “heat.” What a complete and utter joke. The heat output was so weak and pathetic that I genuinely wondered if they forgot to include the heating element altogether. For a product that’s supposed to help with pain, it’s insulting how little effort went into making these patches actually functional. I’ve gotten more warmth from a passive-aggressive email than I did from these useless patches. But wait, it gets worse. In conclusion, MIDOL HEAT VIBES is a complete waste of money, time, and energy. It’s overpriced, poorly designed, and utterly useless. Do yourself a favor and avoid this garbage at all costs. This product has been a lifesaver for me. It’s really effective and reliable - in tough moments I know I’ll be able to get through if I am able to use this product. Would definitely get it again.

I have really bad period cramps. It helps to ease some of the pain. Made me comfortable especially when I do not want to take medicine. It’s comfortable and easy to use. Recommend it for any females going through cramps.

These simply don't heat up. Don't know if it's a bad batch or what, but it was a complete waste of my money. I bought three boxes.... Only one patch warmed up at all at it was hard to discern if it came from my body heat or the patch itself.

Heated packs are everything when it’s that time of the month! Definitely works and helps when you need it! Good value and lasts a few hours! No noticeable scent which is good and stays in place where you need it most.

I love Midol products so I was really excited for this. I live with a heating pad for a week monthly. But these barely got hot, I was so sad.

Great concept and worked well for when I had to go to work but for period cramps it just wasn’t enough. It was comfortable. Probably wouldn’t buy again. Durable though and no strong smell.

I am not really a fan of these. I don’t think they helped with my menstrual cramps. I personally do not tend to use heat for cramps though. I do not think they lasted very long either.

I had bought 2 single use pouches, and the first one didn't give off nearly any heat, so I figured it may have been a fluke. As I went to try the second one I found the same issue. Directions say to stick it to your clothes, but they're not that sticky.
