I purchased these on a whim because I needed them and they were out of the re-heatable packs. It says it can last up to eight hours at a time. I waited two hours for the first patch because I thought maybe it took awhile to heat. Nope. Patch #2, same thing. Waste of money. :/

These helped tremendously with cramps however I thought I was going to be able to wear it on my actual skin it kind of sucks because having to go to the bathroom with this attached to clothes is hard as it started to unstick.

The packaging was easy to open and there was no scent to it. I wish it would have worked for me not sure if it was the ingredients effectiveness/ power but I wouldn’t purchase this item.

these are great for on-the-go, it is seamless and I love it. today is my first time trying it; I wanted to know how well it works before school starts and I get my period during school. it heats up just right, the only problem is that it takes pretty long before it gets to the right temperature.
