Poor design and quality
These do not work. It’s like a cheap hand warmer with barely sticky ends. There is little to no heat, and the adhesive on each side kept coming off. The shape and length were odd. It might work better if it had an entirely sticky side instead of only sticking on each end (barely) and the rest lightly drapping around the back of your neck.

Works fast
As someone who gets extreme tension in my neck and shoulders that creates monstrous headaches, the heat created from these patches can help relax the problem areas quickly which reduces my pain fast! Highly recommend!

Disappointed
I’ve used the heat wraps for years and they have always worked extremely well. Unfortunately, the product has been downgraded to a smaller size and doesn’t maintain the warmth. I’m returning to using an electric heating pad and will never purchase the wraps again.

Trash
Tried these for neck pain. They are too stiff and do not confirm to the neck, so it doesn't get close enough to provide sufficient warmth. The stiffness also makes them uncomfortable. If you try to reposition even once, the sticky part no longer sticks. 16 hours of relief includes "8 hours while you wear it and 8 hours after you take it off," which is laughable. Complete waste of money.

Absolutely awful contraption for a hear neck wrap. The fabric/plastic design of it makes it so incredibly stiff it doesn't even attempt to mold to your neck. The adhesive barely works to stick to your skin, and the instructions say to lay it FLAT! On your NECK! Do not buy.

Now an Expense waste...
As someone who has historically purchased this quite often… I can say that these Thermacare heat-wraps used to be good but they seem to have become an expensive waist of money for me. Maybe 1 or if lucky 2 of the wraps in each pack actually works by heating up… But most times they don’t work and just sit on you like a clunky bandage with absolutely no heat whatsoever. I’m definitely very disappointed by this purchase as it did not do what it was advertised to do. From my current purchase, only 1 out of the 8 heat-wrap worked as a heat-wrap… The remaining were just wrap and no heat, AT ALL!
