I love how big this heating pad is it covers so much area and wraps around which makes it really nice using it for my lower back. I also used it on my shoulders last night & it was perfect. I love that it has four different heat settings. Is it on high but I also like my shower is really hot. The warm setting it’s just a touch of heat but it’s great for my daughter.

Bought this heating pad from Target and it stopped working after using it twice. Luckily I bought it a week ago so I can still exchange it. Hoping the next one works but if it doesn’t, I’m going to a different brand.

Too Hot For Comfort.

When i first used it, I thought I needed to return it because it didn't feel like both sides were warming up, but that all changed after turning it off and back on a few times. To say this heating pad gets hot is an understatement. I can only bear it on the warm setting for about two minutes. I can't imagine anyone being able to tolerate it on the hot setting. Only once has the warm setting actually felt warm.

Every sunbeam heating pad I buy breaks faster than the last. This product suddenly stopped working after a few months. One of the lights blinks constantly, but the heating pad will not turn on or off. I've tried unplugging it, leaving it unplugged for awhile, disconnecting and reconnecting the cords, etc. The outlet is not a problem.

Was nice at first, but no longer heats properly. I've only had this heating pad for two months. It warms slightly but does not get anywhere near hot like the first few times I used it. Waste.

Quality???

I have been using Sunbeam heating pads for years. The last two I have purchased have stopped wrking within months of purchase.Different issues, having to unplug to restat etc. I have loved the quality over the years, but its not the same. I will be trying a new manufacturer this time.
