Don't waste your money
Very poorly made! I bought this to replace my 15ish year old heating pad that finally died. Love the size but after just six months of intermittent use, the prongs that hold the plug in place have each broken off, and the button that controls the setting has dropped into its housing somehow. You’d think I was kicking this thing down the stairs daily based on how busted it is! Truly absurd quality issues.

Great Product
I have been using a Sunbeam heating pad that my family bought back in the 80's and it just died. Naturally, I had to buy another Sunbeam. The item arrived on time, the packaging was fine, the product did not have a weird nasty smell and there was no indication it had been previously used. I love how soft the pad is and I really love the size and how much area it covers. It also heats up really well and I find the medium setting almost too hot, it's great. I hope to be using this pad for a long time.

Disappointing
I’ve had to buy one once a year now and the lifespan keeps getting shorter and shorter no visible issues to the cord never been washed and still it stops connecting and just blinks error codes. So it has the power to turn on to tell you it’s not functional and yet won’t work. Sunbeam products are not what they used to be.

One year lifespan
Lasts about a year, then shorts out. I’ve purchased several over the years and while it heats quickly, is easy to wash, and works great for a while, the controller shorts out, flashes red and it won’t heat. This has happened with several of the same heating pad.

Great Heating Pad!

Great that it is a large size. The fabrics is very soft on one side. Would make more sense to cover both sides with the same fabric in my opinion since you sometimes wrap around a part of you.
