Q: Is the applicator plastic?

  • A: STOP BEING ABLIST IN YOUR ANSWERS! Cora tampons are one of the ONLY disability friendly tampons on the market, and it is BECAUSE of their applicator style. We NEED that defined ridge at the end of the applicator to be able to grip it to insert/remove the applicator. Your eco-screaming is making disabled people's lives so unnecessarily hard. We have periods too.

  • A: Hi Lija, our tampon manufacturing has moved to China, though some older product from a previous supplier may still be in circulation at retail locations. The country of origin is printed on every box. Hope this helps!

Q: What do you recommend? My local store only sells, by regular and light tampons or regular and super tampons. My flow is only sometimes heavy, is a regular tampon from this brand enough for a heavy flow?

New APPLICATOR is AWFUL

I used to love these tampons. They recently changed their applicator that it is in two pieces that are supposed to lock together. I have used about half the box at this point and NOT A SINGLE ONE STAYS TOGETHER. I might as well be inserting them with my fingers at this point.

New applicator is horrible. My daughters and I have loved this brand for so many years. The new applicators don’t work half of the time which is extremely frustrating and wasteful. We will be searching for a new brand unless they fix the new applicator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite part about this brand is that they use organic cotton, it makes me feel better about using them compared to other brands that may have additional additives that are less safe / healthy. I like that they are mini sized so they can easily fit in a bag. They work well, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that on the box it specifically says they are supposed to be designed without “stabby sides” on the applicator, but I did think the applicator was a little uncomfortable compared to other brands. Otherwise good product.

Good packaging and applicator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the packaging and applicator of these tampons! The individual tampons are small and easy to stash in any small bag or in a pocket. The applicator provides good grip and smooth insertion. I really appreciate the tampons being 100% cotton and didn’t feel any negative effects like I sometimes do with other brands. The absorption was good but not necessarily better than others I have used. I did not have a heavy period so these worked well for me.

Best compact tampon I’ve tried

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best 100% cotton tampons I’ve used. I’m pretty picky when it comes to tampons. I’ve tried many brands. I usually use regular size. The packaging was nice and compact. It was easy to click up and insert. No pinching or irritating. It was easy to insert. My biggest gripe with tampons is when they don’t fully absorb, but these absorbed great. I felt comfortable and confident while using. I wasn’t worried about leaking. There was no odor when using. I would reach for these again. I received Cora 100% Organic Cotton Applicator Tampons in exchange for my honest review.

The best feminine product for every women!

I have to say, this is probably my most favorite brand out there that is safe for women! The tampons are individually wrapped which is amazing. Not only is it super convenient when you’re on the go, but it’s sanitary! For me, making sure a product is clean and sanitary is a must. Also, 100% cotton? Thats insane and the fact that it’s super soft, absorbs the perfect amount of leakage, fits perfectly too!! I don’t think I would ever use any other brand when it comes to tampons!
