A: Not sure but the photos of the box say that there is a polyester and polyethylene veil on the tampon. If you're looking for a fully 100% cotton product, this isn't it.

chopped ahh tampons
genuinely awful. whatever new applicator they came up with is so bad. i tried four different times to get one tampon in, therefore wasting three tampons. i paid nearly twenty dollars for this so now i’m just wasting money. in this economy, find a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how compact these are — they fit nicely in my smaller clutch purse. I had trouble with the first one getting it to “open and click” before inserting. I was listening for a “click” sound but never heard it and it just didn’t open all the way. But once i got it to extend correctly, it inserted just fine. No major odor with these tampons so that’s good. Overall, they work great.

Convenient shell

In terms of feel, they're super comfortable - barely noticeable throughout the day, and the applicator goes in smoothly with no discomfort. The packaging is compact and easy to toss in a bag, with each tampon individually wrapped, which keeps things hygienic. I experienced zero discomfort, even during long wear and an active day. Reliability was great too - no leaks at all, even on heavier days, and absorbency stayed consistent. As for value, the price feels very fair for the quality and quantity you get in the pack. I'll definitely be repurchasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try the Cora 100% Organic Cotton Applicator Tampons because I have been using a larger brand for years and years and was excited to try something organic. I am glad that I had an opportunity try these first but unfortunately these were not a hit for me. I felt like the applicator was not long enough and I could not get the tampon to stay in place. These might be better for someone who hasn't given birth to babies. I don't know that I was the target audience for this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really sad I didn’t like these because I love that they’re organic and pure cotton, but these are a hard NO for me. First— the packaging. The wrappers have a tear mark, but they never actually tear fully there. It’s really annoying and I had to keep mangling the packaging to get the tampon out, which made it impossible to use the sleeve to dispose of the applicator after. Functionality— this is really where they’re awful. The tampons never expand. I tried quite a few, and each time, I could see where the tampon is meant to open up for absorption, but it failed to do so. Because of this, I experienced leaking with these tampons. I would not use them again, and I would not recommend.

Love these!

I was really excited when I read the ingredients on these tampons! They work great, and it’s nice to have an organic option that also comes with an applicator. They’re super easy to use and effective for the appropriate state of flow. I will be trying this again for sure!

Make the switch to cotton tampons

The applicator itself is smooth and doesn’t have sharp edges or ridges like other applicators. I also appreciate that there’s no harmful chemicals and nothing that will irritate my body.
