A: Not sure but the photos of the box say that there is a polyester and polyethylene veil on the tampon. If you're looking for a fully 100% cotton product, this isn't it.

Poor Redesign
These tampons were great. They were compact, organic, and did the job. However, they changed them and now the plunger is made of two pieces that have to be snapped together. They don’t work well. I have had the pieces fall apart on me while trying to get plunger assembled, rendering the tampon useless because part of the applicator has fallen on a public bathroom floor. But the worst part is that the two pieces that have to perfectly snap together to make the plunger of the tampon will come apart while trying to insert the tampon, so then the tampon doesn’t get inserted and is stuck in the applicator. I’ve persevered through four cycles with the new style of tampons incase it was just user error, but I’ve concluded that it’s a poor redesign of a product that once worked well. I will no longer be buying Cora tampons and will be searching for a new brand.

Great natural cotton tampons
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been trying to only use natural and organic hygiene products for a long time now. And I’m really glad I tried these tampons. They are 100% organic cotton and they feel super gentle and safe. The compact applicator is super smooth and comfy. I can tell the quality is truly excellent, and the string is very securely attached. I honestly highly recommend them!👍

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these tampons. It seems kind of weird, but you can feel that they're soft cotton. Even when they're dry, it feels like they're softer and mold to your body. They are decently absorbent, they worked for the amount that I expect from regular absorbency tampons and they consistently soak all the way through. They have a thick, double string that does absorb a bit too. The applicator is well designed, maybe a little over designed. The plunger folds into itself to make the unopened package a bit shorter.

I’ve been using the same type for a very long time so to try something different was nice to see what else is out there. I feel like the reliability on these is very good. Overall, I like this item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical about this product as I’ve not heard of this brand. But I got this just a day before my cycle started and gave them a try. They were so comfortable, the texture was smooth and easy to use. Smooth removal and didn’t have a strong fragrance scent which I really loved. I will def be buying this in the future. I also noticed my cramps were lighter with these.

The design makes it hard to push the actual tampon up and I have tried multiple times and could not insert it. Which is crazy because I’ve worn tampons for over 10 years and never had this issue with other brands.

One of the things I love most is that they are compact and can easily fit in your wallet to make going out on your time of the month so much easier. A huge plus is that they are organic and have zero of the yucky stuff that shouldn’t be in tampons. The applicators are easy to use and comfortable to insert I would definitely recommend Cora!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I very much like that Cora tampons are made without chlorine, dyes and pesticides and feel better about using them in my body. I had a little trouble with some of the applicators, in that they do not always extend sufficiently to aid in insertion. I also wish the applicator was cardboard or more environmentally friendly. But overall, I like the ethos of the brand and thought the tampon performed well.

Waste of money
The applicators are absolutely horrendous. This is the sole reason why I will never puraxhase Cora tampons ever again. The applicators are the worst thing on this planet. Yes, I know how to use an applicator. I’ve been using tampons for 20 years now. I’ve lost more money than I can count because of poor applicator deployment. I’ve opted for Cora in the past due to the organic nature of the product. As a woman, it shouldn’t be this difficult nor this expensive to keep my body healthy. Absolutely disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love when then make regular tampons discreet and easy to hide and keep in purse. They work like any other tampon and I’m so happy it was a plastic applicator instead of the paper one so it goes in very smooth. They don’t last long if you’re heavy. This is usually used for the last few days or the even the first day if you’re very light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging is amazing and discreet. But when it came time to use one, the end of the applicator scratched me because it's so pointed. Then I leaked through in less than an hour because it never expanded or doesn't expand. Removal was simple considering it was the same size as the applicator. I guess they'd be perfect for someone with an extreme light flow but not for me.

chopped ahh tampons
genuinely awful. whatever new applicator they came up with is so bad. i tried four different times to get one tampon in, therefore wasting three tampons. i paid nearly twenty dollars for this so now i’m just wasting money. in this economy, find a different brand.

Comfortable and easy to use

The applicator makes is super easy to insert and I like that the tampon doesn’t feel too bulky when I move around. I also like that the string is thick and long which makes the removal easy and gives me a bit of a confidence that the string wouldn’t break off when I remove it.
